1 Radford College Junior School 2015 Stationery Packs 2 December 2014 Dear Parents and Caregivers, Office Max will once again be our supplier of Stationery Packs for the 2015 school year. Below are some questions and answers to assist you in understanding the ordering process. What is a Stationery Pack? Each year level has a list of stationery supplies (Stationery Pack) that are required for the 2015 school year. These are the classroom supplies that are ordered in bulk for your child and delivered directly to Radford College classrooms at the start of Parents do not need to purchase anything from the bulk order page of the Stationery Pack, this is done for you automatically. The cost of the bulk order page of the Stationery Pack will be debited automatically to your Term 1 school account. You do not pay Office Max for these supplies. What is a carry over item? The pages that follow the attached Stationery List have log in instructions and a list of required items that your child may already own based on previous years at Radford College. What do I need to do now? Check the carry over items page of the attached Stationery List with your child to find out what items may need replacing for Parents are responsible for checking the carry over list and ordering directly from Office Max any materials that their child may need to replace ready for What is the deadline for ordering and paying for carry over items? The deadline for purchasing carry over items from Office Max is 19 December, This will allow you time to check what resources your child brings home with them at the end of the school year in their bag to find out what may need to be replaced. If you order and pay for carry over items before 19 December 2014, they will be delivered to your home for $8.95. If you order carry over items after this date your order will be home delivered and will attract a $18.90 fee. You can also save on delivery by adding multiple students to a single order. Can I source carry over items from an alternate supplier? The Radford Library bag can only be purchased from Office Max. Enter Student s Name and select the class or subjects they are enrolled in for Select the quantities of items you wish to order, then click Add items to Cart 5. Enter your contact details, delivery address and payment details. Click Place Order to complete your order. Payment methods available online are PAYPAL, VISA OR MASTERCARD. Your card will be charged immediately at the time of placing your order. An order confirmation will be sent to your specified address. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER DELIVERY SERVICE All orders will be sent out via Australia Post. A specific time of delivery cannot be requested. In the event that nobody is available to receive the delivery, the driver will attempt to find a safe place to leave your goods. In the event the driver cannot locate a safe place to leave, a card will be left and your goods will be taken to the local Post Office for collection. Please note that PO Boxes are NOT allowed. DELIVERY FEE Orders placed on or before Friday, 19 December 2014 will incur a $8.95 Inc GST delivery fee. Orders placed on or after Saturday, 20 December 2014 will incur a $18.90 Inc GST delivery fee. SAVE ON DELIVERY BY ADDING MULTIPLE STUDENTS TO A SINGLE ORDER OfficeMax has now made it possible to add multiple students to a single order. Your order confirmation and Tax Invoice will clearly state which items relate to each child. MISSING ITEMS Claims must be addressed with OfficeMax no later than 7 days after you have received your goods. Please note that missing items will be sent directly to you via Australia Post. PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION If a product is unavailable at the time of packing your order, the product may be substituted with a similar product of the same or greater value. BACK ORDERED ITEMS If a product is unavailable and cannot be substituted the product will be placed on back order.
