1 What Is The Easy JV Money Program? Welcome to another video! I m really excited to start sharing with you some of these amazing strategies that you can use to help grow your affiliate or joint venture income. Inside this video I want to just really introduce you to the rest of the program. Before I get into that though, let me just talk about some of the examples of successes I ve had using the Easy JV Money success strategies for the different projects that I ve been working on. I ve got some notes here that I ll refer to because I want to get the numbers right for these examples. I m going to go through five of some of my best examples that I ve had for promoting other people s products. Just to give you a bit of a feel of the possibilities for you. The bottom line with this is that you need your own following. I ll go into detail a bit more with that because that is very critical. It s one of the key components you need. Personal Examples Let me just go over some of these examples and then go through what you can expect to find inside the rest of this program, probably my most successful case study of these. I ll go through each of these or some of these case studies in a lot more detail to show you the mechanics behind it, the thinking behind them, the psychology behind it. But just for now, just to give you a feel for the sort of numbers. Video 2: Introduction To The Course 1

2 ! Main Street Marketing Machines My most successful one was the promotion I did for Mike Koenigs for his Main Street Marketing Machines Launch. That launch was a $3,000 product. I sold 33 copies of that. And that is close to a $100,000 in sales for that particular promotion. That wasn t all that I did for that. As part of that I also got into the JV (Joint Venture) Leaderboard, so I was competing with other joint venture partners. For that particular one, I was #5 on that Leaderboard. I was competing with some pretty significant players in the market for that particular launch. I won prizes like Mac Book Air that I still use today. I won a digital handy camera and a few other gadgets as well that added to the prize money and to the actual money that I got as part of promoting that.! Video Conversion Formula Another really cool promotion that I did was for Maria Andros. That was for her Video Conversion Formula Launch. For that one, I had 18 sales at about $2,000 each. That s about $36,000 in sales for that particular launch. For that one, I was the #1 on the Leaderboard right up until the end. And towards the end, someone else overtook me so I came out #2 for that one. You know there were some cool prizes for that particular launch as well. I just went for the cash equivalent of that prize, which increased my income for that particular affiliate promotion as well.! Trusted Authority Formula One that I just did recently was the Trusted Authority Formula by Greg Habstritt. That was a fantastic launch. I made 14 sales, about $2,000 each. That s about $28,000 in sales. For that one there were some really big boys and girls promoting that one but I still came 11th on the Leaderboard for that particular promotion. Once again there were some cool prizes. One of the prizes that I won was to be part of an exclusive mastermind where all the top people in this industry get together to talk about Video 2: Introduction To The Course 2

3 what works, what doesn t work, what s the latest best practices, etc., and that s going to be in Africa. That s very cool!! Niche Profit Classroom Another really cool one that I really enjoyed and has been very successful for an extra recurring income in our promotions was the one we did for Adam Short. I did this with Yaro Starak; that was a combined promotion. That was for the Niche Profit Classroom. I can t remember the exact numbers, I think we sold somewhere between 60 and 100 units for that but what s really cool about that was that it was a recurring income model. To this day we re still getting between $2,000 to $5,000 per month for that promotion. We promoted that like a year ago, so that s been a very profitable income source on a monthly basis for us.! Fusion HQ The final one I want to share with you is the Fusion HQ launch that I did with Leon Jay and Ben Brandes. For that one I was #2 on the Leaderboard. (I ll just take a step back, with the Niche Profit Classroom, we were #1 for that.) For Fusion HQ we were #2. If I remember it right, we sold roundabout $15,000 worth of product with the launch. That also included recurring income of roundabout $1,000 to $2,000 per month. There were some prizes for that as well. I think there is an ipod equivalent or something. I haven t received that one yet because it s been a recent promotion. All up, I did some calculation and I tried to figure out how much I ve actually sold in affiliate products and affiliate promotions over the last year and it amounted to something like over $200,000. That s significant! I m mentioning these examples not to impress you but to impress upon you the power of being able to promote these products and to make some pretty decent money from them for not a lot of effort. Once again, it goes into what I ll talk about in some of the future videos - building your own empire, building your own audience, your own following for these sort of things to work. 4 But you know $200,000 in sales is pretty impressive. I did the calculation, it was roundabout 30 to 40 even if it was 50 hours worth of work, even if it was 100 hours worth of work. I haven t done the exact timing of how long it took me but even if it was around there, that s a pretty significant return on the time that I ve spent on it. Of course, there s commissions that get taken out of that; and of course, there are refunds as well that affiliate promoter in this case don t get access to. It wasn t all that money that I received but 50% is normally the norm for this sort of products that you get and then there s refunds as well, less than that. Still, it is significant income. Methods Of Joint Venture Marketing Inside this video course, I m going through two main methods of Joint Venture Marketing. I really see two main ways. Most people just teach one. Now I want to teach you two because I think it is important to know them. I ve used both of them very successfully. When you get these two methods of Joint Venture Marketing, you can really take your business to a whole new level. The two Joint Venture Marketing approaches or methods are: Firstly, External Joint Venture Marketing. These are external joint ventures that you do with your promotion partners. The other one is Internal Joint Ventures. 1. External Joint Venture The external ones are what most people would call Affiliate Marketing. This is where you promote someone else s product and they give you a cut. They give you a commission for every sale that you make. This is the one that most people teach and one that most people do as well very successfully. In fact, the examples that I talked about just previously are all from these external joint ventures. Very powerful sort of strategies, a lot of leverage, you can make money very quickly especially if you have a following already and I ll go into that in a lot more detail throughout this course. 5 2. Internal Joint Venture The other one is Internal Joint Ventures, this is more known as partnerships or JV partnerships. These kind of JVs are a lot more intense and may take a lot longer to set up, but they re a lot more sustainable and can be a lot more profitable over the long term. So this is really a long term sort of thing. This is the kind of thing that you use for setting up a new business, for example. It s essentially where you team up with someone else who has a core skill that you don t have and you have a core skill. You bring these things together and you create something of value together. Those are the two kinds or methods of Joint Venture Marketing that I want to explain to you inside this video series. There s quite a bit of detail that I ll go through, this is not exactly a how to course. This is more to open up your mind to see the possibilities and for you to start creating strategies within your business, to start taking advantage of external as well as internal joint venture opportunities. Some very exciting things coming up. I m going to go through some theory with you but then I m also going to go through some detailed case studies so you can see kind of behind the scenes of how I pull these things off and the sort of success that I ve been able to achieve with each of the different strategies that I used.
