1 Citibank Credit Cards - Lifestyle Delights with Your Citibank Online 2013 Contest Terms and Conditions Campaign Period 1. This contest organized by Citibank Berhad (Co. No M) ("Citibank") called the Lifestyle Delights with Your Citibank Online 2013 ("Contest") will run for a period of four (4) fortnights from 2 September 2013 to 27 October 2013 (both dates inclusive) ("Contest Period"). The said 4 fortnights (each, a Theme Period ) are as follows:- a) Theme 1: 2 September 2013 to 15 September 2013 b) Theme 2: 16 September 2013 to 29 September 2013 c) Theme 3: 30 September to 13 October 2013 d) Theme 4: 14 October 2013 to 27 October 2013 Eligibility 2. Subject to these terms and conditions, all individuals who are residents of Malaysia and who are principal Citibank Credit Cardmembers are eligible to participate in this Contest ( Eligible Persons or each an Eligible Person ). The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in the Contest: a) any person who is not is a resident of Malaysia; b) holder(s) of Citibank credit card(s) not issued in Malaysia; c) holder(s) of Citibank credit card(s) who is (are) in default of any Citibank facilities and/or services, which include being overdue in payment and exceeding the credit limit at any time during the Contest Period, subject to Citibank s discretion; and/or d) any person who has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to any other Citibank facilities and/or services, including Citibank Online (CBOL) accessible via ( Website ). 3. Eligible Persons are divided into 3 categories, i.e. a New Customer, an Existing CBOL Customer and an Existing Citibank Mobile Banking (MBOL) Customer. To participate in this Contest, each of them has to fulfill the respective criteria to earn Contest Entries, described in The Contest Mechanics in Clauses 6 to 20 below: a) a New Customer means someone who: i. has never registered for Citibank Online Banking facility with Citibank prior to the Contest Period; ii. has successfully signed up for a Citibank Online (CBOL) facility during the Contest Period via online application services via the Website; and iii. has successfully logged on to Citibank Online during the Contest Period. b) an Existing CBOL Customer is a customer of Citibank who has already signed up or logged on to CBOL prior to the Contest Period and:

2 i. who has never downloaded the Citibank Mobile Banking app* and successfully logged on prior to the Contest Period; and ii. who has performed at least one (1) of any of the transactions listed below via Citibank Online (CBOL) or Citibank Mobile Banking: Funds Transfers (GIRO) Online Bill Payment to an e-billers listed on CBOL Mobile Prepaid Reload (Maxis Hotlink, Celcom and Digi) during the Contest Period. c) an Existing MBOL Customer is a customer of Citibank who has already signed up or logged on to CBOL prior to the Contest Period and: i. who has downloaded the Citibank Mobile Banking app* and successfully logged on prior to the Contest Period; and ii. who has performed at least one (1) of any of the transactions listed below via Citibank Online (CBOL) or Citibank Mobile Banking: Interbank Funds Transfers (GIRO) Online Bill Payment to an e-billers listed on CBOL Mobile Prepaid Reload (Maxis Hotlink, Celcom and Digi) during the Contest Period. * Citibank Mobile Banking app can be downloaded at Apple Appstore, Android Market, or 4. For the avoidance of doubt, supplementary Cardmembers can make the transactions above which will be aggregated with the principal Cardmember s transactions and only the principal Cardmember will be entitled to win any of the Grand Prize(s) (defined below) or the Consolation Prize(s) (defined below). The Contest Mechanics 5. To participate in the Contest, a Eligible Person will need to obtain contest entry(ies) ( Contest Entries ) in any of the manner as described below during the Contest Period ( Qualifying Transactions ): Criteria Login on CBOL for the first time Login on Citibank Mobile Banking (MBOL) for the first time Sign-up for e-statement Every subsequent log in to CBOL/ MBOL Number of Contest Entries earned 10 entries 10 entries 8 entries 1 entry Perform the following transactions

3 via CBOL or MBOL (): a) Online Bill Payment to any e- billers listed on CBOL 8 entries for every cumulative RM50 b) Fund transfer 8 entries for every cumulative RM50 c) Mobile Prepaid Reload (Maxis Hotlink, Celcom and Digi) 8 entries for every cumulative RM50 6. For avoidance of doubt: a. Ten (10) Contest Entries shall be given to New Customers for signing-up and logging on to CBOL for the first time during the Contest Period. b. Ten (10) Contest Entries shall be given to Existing CBOL Customers that during the Contest Period successfully downloaded the Citibank Mobile Banking app and successfully logged on for the first time. c. Eight (8) Contest Entries will be given to New Customers, Existing CBOL Customers and Existing MBOL Customers who, during the Contest Period successfully signs up for the e-statement facility for the first time. d. One (1) Contest Entries will be given to New Customers, Existing CBOL Customers and Existing MBOL Customers for each subsequent log in (after first time log in) to CBOL. e. Eight (8) Contest Entries will be given to New Customers, Existing CBOL Customers and Existing MBOL Customers who, during the Contest Period successfully makes a Online Bill Payment to any e-billers listed on CBOL or a local interbank fund transfer (GIRO) with a cumulative amount of RM50 during the Contest Period. f. Eight (8) Contest Entries will be given to New Customers, Existing CBOL Customers and Existing MBOL Customers who, during the Contest Period successfully perform a Mobile Prepaid Reload (Maxis Hotlink, Celcom and Digi) with a cumulative amount of RM A cap of one hundred (100) Contest Entries per Eligible Person per week applies. 8. For the avoidance of doubt, a Citibank Online Bill Payment and Local Interbank Fund Transfer (GIRO) is deemed successful only if the payment instruction is successfully effected and cleared funds have been received by the relevant e-billers or payees and a Mobile Prepaid Reload is deemed successful only if the reload request is successfully effected. 9. A Mobile prepaid reload can be done via login on to For every Theme Period, each Contest Entry will be assigned a serial number, corresponding to the chronological order according to the time such Qualifying Transaction

4 was made, beginning with the first Qualifying Transaction made in that respective Theme Period. 11. At the end of each Theme Period, the total number of Contest Entries will then be divided by 20 and rounded down to the nearest whole number to determine a Multiplier Number N. For example, if there are 1989 submissions, N = 99 which is derived from 1989/20 = The Contest Entries which numbered by a multiples of 99 (beginning with the 99th Contest Entry), will be selected i.e. 99th, 198th, 297th, 396th, and so on. This will allow the selection of 20 Eligible Customers to be shortlisted for the Grand Prize and Consolation Prizes ( as defined in Clause 17 and 18) for that Theme Period ( Shorlisted Participants ). 12. At the end of the Contest Period, the Shortlisted Participants for each Theme Period will be contacted by Citibank via Short Message Service (SMS) at their mobile numbers as registered with Citibank. The Shortlisted Participants will be required to answer one (1) question via SMS. For the avoidance of doubt, Citibank is not liable for any tel-co charges, roaming or phone charges which may be charged to the Shortlisted Participant, whether in or outside Malaysia. 13. The Shortlisted Participants must answer the question within the required time (as stipulated by Citibank via SMS). 14. For each Theme Period, the Shortlisted Participant who answers the question correctly in the fastest time will win the Grand Prize ( Grand Prize Winner ) and the subsequent 5 Shortlisted Participants will win the 5 Consolation Prizes ( Consolation Prize Winner ). Accordingly, there will be 20 (twenty) Consolation Prize Winners and 4 (four) Grand Prize Winners, for the Contest. In event there is a tie, the tied Shortlisted Participants will be contacted via SMS again to answer one (1) tie-breaker question. The Shortlisted Participant who answers the question correctly in the fastest time will win that round. 15. Citibank will notify the Shortlisted Participants who have been selected the Prize Winners within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the end of the Contest Period. If any Shortlisted Participant does not receive any notification in writing or via SMS from Citibank by 27 th December 2013, he/she is deemed NOT to be a Winner in the Contest. The Prizes 16. There will be 1 Grand Prize winner ( Grand Prize Winner ) and 5 Consolation Prize winners ( Consolation Prize winner ) selected in each Theme Period who will stand a chance to win the Grand Prize (defined below) and Consolation Prize (defined below) respectively for that Theme Period ( the Prizes ). The Theme Period Consolation Prize(s) 17. The Theme Period Consolation Prize will be as follows:- a) Theme 1: Five (5) unit of Sen Heng vouchers worth RM500 each b) Theme 2: Five (5) unit of AirAsia e-vouchers worth RM500 each c) Theme 3: Five (5) unit of Ikea vouchers worth RM500 each d) Theme 4: Five (5) unit of Parkson vouchers worth RM500 each

5 The Grand Prize(s) 18. The Grand Prize for each Theme Period will be as follows: a) Theme 1: One (1) unit of RM2,000 Sen Heng vouchers b) Theme 2: One (1) unit of RM2,000 AirAsia e-vouchers c) Theme 3: One (1) unit of RM2,000 Ikea vouchers d) Theme 4: One (1) unit of RM2,000 Parkson vouchers 19. Winners will receive their respective prizes via their mailing address registered with Citibank or in Citibank s records. 20. The Grand Prizes and Consolation Prizes are subject to the following terms and conditions: a) Each Consolation Prize Winner is only entitled to win one (1) Consolation Prize throughout the Contest Period; b) For the avoidance of doubt, Grand Prize Winners are also entitled to Consolation Prizes but limited to one (1) Consolation Prize throughout the Contest Period. Grand Prize Winner will only be entitled to win one (1) Grand Prize throughout the Contest Period. c) The Prizes will be delivered to the Prize Winners via their registered address with Citibank, within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the end of the Contest Period. d) In the event that there is a non receipt of the Prizes, winners are to revert by the 15 th of December Citibank shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery of prizes. In the event of late delivery of the Consolation Prizes or queries in relation to the Prizes, the Prize Winners may contact CitiPhone, at the following telephone numbers: (Kuala Lumpur), (Penang), and (Johor Bahru). e) All Winners are bound to the terms and condition stipulated in relation to the Prizes. f) The Prizes do not include any accessories or items that are shown in any advertisements or promotional materials as they are for illustrative purposes only; g) The Prizes are subject to availability from AirAsia Berhad, IKEA Malaysia, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd. and Parkson Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Citibank reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another prize of similar value at any time with prior notice. Any dispute in relation to the Prizes must be settled between the Winners and the respective merchant, supplier or sponsor. h) Citibank is only a provider of banking and financial products or services and is not an agent for AirAsia Berhad, IKEA Malaysia, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd. and Parkson Corporation Sdn. Bhd. i) Prizes are provided on an As Is basis; j) Citibank is not obliged to recognize or replace any lost, damaged or stolen Prizes where such loss, damage or stolen in respect of the Prize is due to the fault and/or negligence of the Winners. Citibank reserves the right, to discontinue and/or replace the Prize featured in any published or printed materials and/or Citibank s website or microsite with

6 different products, colours, models or services. The Prizes are subject to availability from the Merchant; k) Citibank gives no representation on the quality of the Prizes or their suitability for any purpose. Any dispute in relation to the Prizes must be settled between the Winner and the merchant. Citibank is not responsible for resolving such disputes and the Winners are to liaise directly with the merchant for services pertaining to the Prizes; l) The Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in part or in full; and title in the Prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the Prizes passes to the Winners upon delivery of the Prizes to the Winners. m) If value of redemption exceeds voucher sum, then the difference must be paid by the bearer. If value of redemption falls short of voucher sum, no refund will be given to the bearer; and n) The Prize carries a validity period and the use of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchants, supplier or sponsor, as the case may be which may be varied or changed. Consent 21. Eligible Persons who participate in this Contest are deemed to have expressly agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (as modified and varied or changed), the decisions of Citibank and/or the judges and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to have consented to and authorized Citibank to disclose their particulars to the third party service providers engaged by Citibank for purposes of the Contest. 22. Citibank warrants that the disclosure of such particulars to any third party service providers shall be limited to such Winner s name, address(es) and telephone number(s) and shall be used only in relation to and for purposes of the Contest. Citibank s decision on all matters relating to the Contest (including the interpretation of these terms and conditions) shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained. 23. By participating in this Contest, each of the Winners are deemed to have given his/her consent and authorization to Citibank to use his/her name and any photographs taken or other information for current and future advertising and publicity purposes relating to the Contest. The Winners also agree to be featured in any publicity material relating to the Contest. No fee will be paid to the Winners for any of the foregoing. Other Terms & Conditions 24. In the event that a Prize is awarded to an Eligible Person and/or Winner who or in the event that an Eligible Person and/or Winner: a) Is not eligible to participate in the Contest and/or receive the Prize; and/ or, b) Has committed or is suspected of committing any misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts, Citibank reserves the right to disqualify such Eligible Person and/or Winner from participating in the Contest and/or receiving the Prize.

7 26. Citibank s decision on all matters relating to the Contest will be final and binding. 27. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in this Contest, each and every Eligible Person and/or Winner is agreeing that he/she will not hold Citibank and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that Citibank may engage for the purposes of this Contest), liable for any loss or damages that he/she may incur, in connection with the Contest. 28. Citibank reserves the right to cancel, revise, terminate or suspend the Contest with notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, revision, termination or suspension by Citibank of the Contest shall not entitle any Eligible Person and/or Winner to any claim or compensation against Citibank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by any Eligible Person, Shortlisted Participant and/or Winner as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, revision, termination or suspension. 29. Citibank will not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank. 30. Citibank reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these terms and conditions with notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or changed by Citibank by way of posting on Citibank Facebook Webpage or in any other manner deemed suitable by Citibank. The Eligible Persons who had participated in the Contest are deemed to have accessed Citibank Facebook Webpage and/or Citibank s website at ( Website ) and to have knowledge of and to have agreed to any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. The Eligible Persons agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied or changed). 31. Any term and condition applicable to this Contest which is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions. 32. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia
