2 Approach The Vicinity Approach to Pricing Our core service is ongoing digital marketing management for location-based companies and brands. We see ourselves as a permanent part of our client s businesses. Your own digital marketing team, a marketing brother from another mother. We don t believe in One size fits all pricing packages for digital marketing services. Why? Because every business is different and every market is different. Later in this document, you ll see some examples of monthly fees we charge different businesses. Please take these as a guide only. If you d like a quote for your company, please contact us. We can provide a custom quote after we ve spoken to you and assessed your online presence and goals. Our clients usually require help with multiple marketing channels search engine optimization (SEO), paid search ads, content marketing strategy, marketing, social media ads and more. It s normally not practical to focus on all these areas at once and do them well. Instead of charging separately for each different marketing channel, you pay us a flat monthly fee and we map out an activity schedule. This way, you always know what we re working on each month.

3 We work on a recurring monthly retainer basis and our monthly fees vary depending on factors such as: Your current online presence The marketing channels you need help with How many locations your company has The competition levels of your industry online Your marketing objectives and timing expectations How pleasant you are to work with. We re in business to enjoy our client relationships and do our job as best we can. So, if you re planning on being a difficult client then you can enjoy a surcharge. This point is a joke, but we do kind of mean it What about media spend? We choose not to charge a percentage of your media spend. Instead, we ll hook up your credit card to pay the media provider (i.e. Google, Facebook, etc) directly. We ll recommend media budgets that suit your marketing objectives and will manage your campaigns to ensure these budgets are not exceeded without your written consent.
