1 Over the past few months, we ve all been talking about eedge and eager to learn more about how this revolutionary solution will change our lives and businesses. Today, we re excited to share a sneak peak of what will be launching at Family Reunion! Let s dive in. 1

3 Let s take a look at how eedge compares to our current systems. When we take a look at our lives today, we most likely find that we are all managing a LOT of systems. We ve got contact management systems, lead systems, lead provider systems, marketing systems, our MLS the list goes on. And of course, every system has its own database, it s own login and is completely disconnected from our other tools. eedge will change this game forever. You will have ONE login to ONE system to manage your entire business from the time you receive a lead through the closing. You will be able to step away from your computer and the hassle of managing all these technologies, and get back to the business of selling real estate. 3

From MREA, we know that our business is our database. So everything you do, is linked to mycontacts. 6

7 The new dashboard for eedge will be built directly into the mykw dashboard. You ll have a simple control panel with links to the components of eedge and action alerts prominently displayed. So, for example, the myleads icon will notify you of any new leads captured, the mymarketing icon will prompt you to prepare marketing materials for new listings and the mytransactions icon will display any actions required during the contract process. From your control panel, you always have direct access straight into your contacts and . 7

8 Let s dig deeper into the lifecycle of a lead. Sally Seller registers on your website. She has raised her hand and said she wants to talk to you. 8

9 Her information is taken directly into the myleads tool. 9

10 You are immediately notified the lead has come in. Not only is it displayed on your control panel, you may also elect to be notified by text message our directly to your smartphone. 10

11 At the same time, the system sends Sally a welcome customized from you. Sally is impressed by your fast response time! 11

12 In your lead notification, you simply click the link to access Sally s information. 12

13 You review the lead notification alert and choose to contact Sally Seller using one of the pre defined eedge templates. Because Sally is a seller, you send her a seller report. Had Sally been a buyer lead, you would also have captured the price range she was looking at, which properties she viewed, and which she saved. You would be able to choose to send her listing alerts and easily pull recommended listings straight from the tool and direct to her. 13

15 To help you convert Sally from a lead to a listing, you are able to quickly drop her into an automated, beautifully designed, 8 x 8 program so she is touched regularly over the following eight weeks. 15

17 To prepare for the appointment, you print and hand deliver a prelisting presentation from the mymarketing system. To customize it, all of Sally s information has been prepopulated from her records in mycontacts. You then print a listing presentation. 17

She decides to sign the listing agreement and you are able to pull out your ipad right then and there and have her sign electronically. The contract is stored within mytransactions and accessible anytime. 20

21 By signing the listing agreement, Sally is added to the loop in mytransactions. Now she will have 24/7 access to all the documents she needs to see during the process. 21

22 Now that the house is listed, you create the listing package using mymarketing. The system provides a wide variety of top notch, professionally designed marketing tools. 22

And by the way, if any of the parties in the transaction do not want to sign electronically, you can always print the documents, collect hard copies of the signatures and then scan them into the mytransactions system for storage and reference. 28

36 Further, you can leverage Just Sold postcards availalble through mymarketing using Sally s sold property to generate even more leads. 36

This includes all of the sites the KWLS syndicates. All leads will be automatically followed up on. You will able to import your contacts and group them according to specific campaigns. And dif you are located din Canada, you will have access to Canadian versions of all these campaigns. And continued access to the complete mykw marketing library. mytransactions will roll out regionally. We will be training in every market center across the country to ensure an easy and seamless integration and adoption of the mytransactions system. In April, we will roll out phase 2 of the system. Leadership will be provided with a market center lead generation site, full lllead routing and recruiting ii marketing library. Our agents who have 3 rd party websites will be able to automatically capture those leads and have them delivered into the eedge system. An easy button will be developed to conduct a bulk import of your contacts from other CRM providers into the eedge system. And you will have access to additional mymarketing resources, including automated and custom Seller s reports and lead generation campaigns for KW Luxury Homes and KW Commercial members. June will mark the final, Phase 3, rollout. Although KWRI has a lot of ideas on what phase 3 could include, they will really be looking to us to help hl them determine what works, what needs to be changed, etc. They ll be using our feedback to fine tune the system. 38

39 mytransactions has already gone live in the Carolinas to rave reviews. Our region will roll out mytransactions on. We re deploying a phased rollout in order to ensure that we can train every market center in person on the system to allow for seamless adaptation into our businesses. 39
