Innova?ve Soap s goal is to be the easiest supplier partner our customers work with. Our team interfaces closely with customers star?ng with ini?al contact, iden?fica?on and agreement on product requirements, business arrangements, confirma?on of orders received, manufacturing of products, on?me delivery and tracking the product through retail sale. Each product is con?nuously tested by our in- house laboratory and is also tested by an independent, privately- owned, and na?onally recognized 3 rd party lab. 7 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Innova?ve Soap develops products that are performance driven u?lizing renewable, biodegradable materials. Our technical team, with over fify years of experience, provides prompt, unique and innova?ve answers to customer s needs. The Innova?ve Soap process results in rapid product development resul?ng in increased speed to shelf. This focus has, in the last year, resulted in the following: 1. Elimina?on of nonylphenols from all products and replacing them with readily biodegradable and naturally occurring alcohol ethoxylates. 2. New chemical components are formulated and tested for use in nontradi?onal product applica?ons. 3. Development of renewable, biodegradable performance blends.

8 ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING Innova?ve Soap s environmental objec?ve is to minimize its carbon footprint. Ongoing ini?a?ves include the following: 1. Use of recyclable packaging materials in the primary and secondary packaging. 2. Preferen?al use of readily biodegradable, renewable chemical components in product development and produc?on. 3. Processing sequences, which reduce the amount of product to be removed at the comple?on of the produc?on cycle, by judicious u?liza?on of water methodologies. 4. Implementa?on of a recovery process for chemicals u?lized in equipment sani?za?on and cleaning, reducing our effluent liquids by at least 95%.

9 CONTROLS & SAFETY Innova?ve Soap provides state of the art process controls through standard opera?ng procedures, product specific standards manuals, departmental procedures, external monitoring, third party tes?ng and site audi?ng. These process controls have allowed us to successfully pass an annual ASI Food Safety. The documenta?on systems provide quick incorpora?on of the customer s specific requirements through all aspects of the manufacturing process. We encourage our customers to visit our manufacturing facility and see firsthand how our systems work. Innova?ve Soap s standardized interac?ve documenta?on allows us to build- in, rather than inspect- in, product quality; providing for higher produc?vity and mul?ple quality control audit points during the manufacturing cycle. These procedures also result in an excellent safety record.
