6 HR Feed Things to know For EU/APAC clients, profile information, travel preferences and admin roles will not be able for updates Along with creation/updation, regular and guest travelers can be deleted through HR feed Users created through HR feed can be sent welcome s automatically ( if required) by the client. Reach out to your AM to activate this. Once BDM process is complete, a notification mail is sent to the addresses which will be GDPR compliant ( with no reports attached but only links to access the report) 6

11 RAIL IN FRANCE Adapting to market change Find what you are looking for: search & book your TER tickets ONLINE Egencia is the first TMC to offer that! In 2017, the french government gave full responsibility to the regions to set up their TER fares. Egencia managed to answer this market evolution to bring back this useful service in April 2018! How? by developing to a new direct connectivity with the TER booking system to provide the TER full content. Since October, you can book on your Egencia website some exclusive online fares called «INTERCITES 100% éco» on eligible routes. 11

Preferred Airlines Ability to classify airlines as preferred, non-preferred or forbidden. Out of policy rules can be classified basis following options Non-preferred in policy if fare is x ( number or %) less than best fare Non-preferred airline always out of policy rules Only preferred airline is in policy Make fares unselectable Option to block the selection of certain rates if they are out of policy configurable on Advance purchase, Cabin class, Price above recommended fare, Highest price allowed and Preferred airline. Reasonable flight policy: Highest Cabin class configuration Book the best fare option flight amongst the cabin class selected by configuring it under Reasonable flight definition 19

20 Company Management Custom Data Fields (CDF) A global self service tool with consistent and easy to use management options for all users. One single system to configure all the settings with complete visibility to TMs/TDs and internal users. Features In EU/APAC, there will be 8 CDFs- 5 cost centers and 3 free fields preconfigured. In NA, there will be 11 CDFs ( 10 CDFs + 1 preconfigured Department code. Department code is now a CDF. 20

23 AIR Booking Brings you where you need to be Benefit from an enhanced checkout page with a new layout that consolidates and highlights traveler, invoicing and payment information. The «on hold» or «reserve» functionnality has been revamped: Renamed need more time to think Option that allows you to book the ticket and confirm later the ticket ticketing date will be available on the trips page only.. Good to know if you have an approval process: The approval will be triggered according to your company set up. For bookings that require an approval, the need more time to think functionality will not be available at first. TIP: use the Save for later functionality. 24 HOTEL Shopping & Booking Hotel conversations: ability for hotels to trigger a conversation with travelers to help facilitate their experience. Hotel modification online: first capability to make some small changes to your hotel bookings online (that does not impact the rate) such as bed type for example. >This is the first step towards full online modification. Additional Content by bringing a new Global Distribution System Amadeus (+50K of new hotels available) Displaying rates for Accor Business card owners (France only). Set your cards in your profile to benefit from your specific fares. For Travel Managers only - Preferred Hotel Set up: simplifying the way you manage your preferred hotel on the Website (new map functionality, redesigned view, bulk export capabilities for negotiated rates ) 24

Brand new search page with a much more modern look and feel, a consistent experience with other search forms so it s easier to navigate and a mobile responsive design so you can use your mobile phone at anytime. We bring the new user experience in an iterative way, meaning we provide it only for few bookings at first - based on specific criteria (from your company settings, your profile and your search). We redirect you to the new FR rail experience when it meets all criteria. What search will bring to the new experience at first? Bookings made for adult single passenger from Paris to London on Eurostar. 26

30 New Distribution Capability (NDC) Main points about NDC 1. It s a complex path Since 2012, we ve been a member of IATA s Passenger Distribution Management Group Advisory Forum to ensure delivery of a seamless customer experience for our global customers. We are only at the beginning of the NDC journey with IATA s objective of 20 airlines targeting 20 percent of indirect bookings via NDC by 2020 ahead. 2. Focusing on the Customer is key : keeping the needs and requirements at the forefront Incremental value Choice and comparison: NDC should enrich the decision-making process. Beyond booking: We need to build maturity and functionality that goes beyond the shop-book-pay flow. Scale and efficiency 3. Collaboration with airlines is required The airlines need a collaborative and inclusive approach to address the complexity and scale of corporate travel. A small number of airlines have still decided to removed content from the GDS or tacked on fees while the industry is in the transition phase. Read our blog 30

31 New Distribution Capability (NDC) Egencia s position 1. Egencia as part of the Expedia group, is engaged with various players in the industry (customers, airlines, GDSs, aggregators) to build the right NDC sourcing strategy. We are part of a core committee at IATA defining the NDC standard since 2017 We are part of the NDC early adopters / advisory board set up by the GDSs, to build a scalable solution 2. We are committed to providing comprehensive inventory to meet our clients needs, in the most scalable, efficient and economic way for travelers. Today less than 2% of flights sourced via this connectivity and mainly on the leisure side. We want to make sure we put the customer at the center of NDC 3. Our content and connectivity strategy is evolving Securing the adoption of NDC through the GDS in H (depending on the GDS developments) In addition to GDS s, we are exploring other options 4. Integrating NDC content will require high investment and drive new economic model. Today less than 2% of flights sourced via this connectivity and mainly on the leisure side Industry objective of 20/20/20 : 20 Airlines, to reach 20% of their traffic through NDC in

34 Egencia Advantage Insurance New Air Insurance provider (Allianz) rolling out globally. This Insurance will for now just be available when booking your flight. WAVE 1 (BE, FR, DE) The new air online insurance in partnership with Allianz has been rolled out to a part of Egencia s clients (Dec 6 th 2018). Rolling out 100% when dynamic pricing is ready. WAVE 2 (Nordics) Rollout planned for mid-february. WAVE 3 (UK, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic) Rollout planned end of February. WAVE 4 (US & Canada) Rollout planned end of March. WAVE 5 (India, Singapore, Philippines) Rollout planned 1 st half of April. WAVE 6 (Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, China) Rollout planned 2 nd half of April. 34

35 Egencia Advantage Airhelp Background information: The European Union (EU) wrote the EC Regulation 261. This is an air passenger rights law: It states that air passengers must be financially compensated if their flight is delayed, cancelled or overbooked. How does it work: Egencia has partnered with AirHelp to help you get your compensation easily, save your time and frustration. AirHelp checks your flight to see if you re eligible, we prepare the required forms, we collect the evidence and legal references, and then we submit the claim to the airline on your behalf. In order to get compensated, make sure that your company opted-in to the offer Egencia provides together with Airhelp. 35
