1 Appendix A Technical Specificatins Panasnic Audi/Visual Cnference Rm Setup 1 Scpe f Wrk The purpse f this Invitatin t Negtiate (the "ITN") is t evaluate and select a vendr fr Audi Visual Cnference rm wrk t be cmpleted. This SOW is fr purchase f the equipment, installatin f new equipment and remval f the existing equipment f which JEA will retain wnership. The vendr that can prvide the items and services cntained within Appendix B Respnse Wrkbk and prvide the best value t JEA (the "Wrk" r "Services"). "Best Value" means the highest verall value t JEA with regard t pricing, quality, design, and wrkmanship. JEA is seeking t redesign furteen f ur cnference rms frm prjectr based (VGA) t TV based (HDMI, Display Prt, wireless). Our gal is t replace the current VGA technlgy with HDMI. JEA has already selected LG 75 brand TV s. JEA expects implementatin t be cmplete within 14 days f the ntice t prceed. The equipment list and details are n Appendix B Respnse Wrkbk. Cnnectin cables n cnference rm table that will allw HDMI, Display Prt, USB-C. The default display cnnectin will be a permanent desktp cmputer in the crner f each cnference rm and when a mbile device is plugged in the system will aut sense and aut switch the display. Cmpleted rm allws a user t cme in and use the permanent desktp cmputer if desired r use a prtable device with a HDMI, Display prt, USB-C devices t display cntent n the TV with it aut-sensing the device was plugged in. JEA expects that this will include using all current pwer utlets t accmmdate this wrk and that the vendr will use cables and r cable cvers t be able t use the existing pwer utlets. 3 Prject MUST HAVES fr successful cmpletin Cmpletin f the prject with all cnference rms fully peratinal within 14 days f the g ahead frm JEA. A similar prject is defined as successfully implementing a crprate cnference rm slutin thrugh designing, installing and remving Audi Visual equipment.
