We will begin to convert your services at 5:00 p.m. Central Time (C.T.) Friday, September 5, On Monday, September 8, you will have access to a wide range of online banking and automated telephone solutions designed to help you save time while managing your finances. Existing online banking transfer instructions will continue uninterrupted. See important information on page 8. Friday, September 5 until 7:00 a.m. C.T. Monday, September 8, access to your online banking and bill payment services will be unavailable. We d like to thank you in advance for your patience during this transition. BEFORE 5:00 p.m. C.T. September 5, please download any transaction information in your current online banking service that you wish to retain for your records. 6

7 Harris Online Banking Log in to Online Banking, Starting September Open your browser and go to harrisbank.com. Choose Online Banking from the drop-down menu. 1 2 Enter your Harris Online Banking User ID to log in and click LOG IN. Your Harris Online Banking User ID will be your existing Company ID plus admin. For example: If your Company ID is , your Harris User ID will be admin. Please Note: At Harris, each individual business with a unique Tax Identification Number (TIN) must have its own unique User ID. Each business can have only one authorized signer as the User, who will have his/her own access to Harris Online Banking. If you currently view multiple businesses (with multiple TINs), we will communicate with you separately about your new Harris User IDs. 7

8 Enter your temporary Password. Your temporary Password is the last six digits of your TIN. After you log in, you will immediately be prompted to change this temporary Password. Your new case-sensitive Password must be between 6 and 16 letters and/or numbers, and cannot contain any special characters (such as exclamation points, dashes, spaces, etc.). Create your Security Profile. Your Security Profile will consist of an image, a phrase and three sets of challenge questions and answers. When you see your selected image and phrase, you ll know that you re logging into the legitimate Harris online banking site rather than a phony, look-alike site. Online Banking Changes The following Online Banking changes will become effective September 8: Transfers* between Ozaukee Bank or CBG accounts. If you have any existing scheduled transfers or repeating transfers between eligible accounts, they will automatically continue to be honored. However, these transfers will not be displayed in Harris Online Banking. If you need to cancel or modify a previously scheduled transfer, please call Harris at , option 4. Repeating transfer* frequencies. Repeating transfer frequencies no longer include annual, semiannual or biweekly scheduling options, and now include weekly (every 7 days); twice monthly (on the 1st and 15th); monthly; and quarterly. Same-day credit deadline for transfers*. Transfers made through Harris Online Banking are immediate, unless you have set up the transfer for a future date. Transfers made after 8:00 p.m. C.T. will be posted on the next Business Day. *Federal regulations do not permit you to make more than six transfers from any one money market or savings account per month or monthly statement period. For money market checking accounts, these six transfers include three by check or point-of-sale transaction. 8

9 Commercial loans and lines of credit. These types of payments will no longer be available with Harris Online Banking. To make payments to your Harris Commercial Loan or Line of Credit, please contact your Relationship Manager. Transaction history. Transactions which posted to your account before September 5 will not be available online. You can access information on up to 60 transactions per account (maximum 30 debits and 30 credits) made before September 5, by calling your existing telephone banking number through October Terms and Conditions. Harris Online Banking Terms and Conditions, Harris Business Bill Pay SM Terms and Conditions, and Harris Total Look Terms and Conditions are available at harrisbank.com. 9

10 Harris Business Bill Pay SM If you are a current Bill Pay user, you will automatically be enrolled in Harris Business Bill Pay. Your existing Bill Pay payees and payment instructions will automatically transfer over to Harris Business Bill Pay. Please Note: Bill payments can only be made from Harris checking accounts. Pay billers you pay online today quickly and easily via paper check or electronically Set up automatic, recurring payments Include remittance detail with your payments Receive electronic bills from a growing list of electronic billers 10

11 Log in to Harris Business Bill Pay, Starting September 8 From the harrisbank.com homepage, select Business Bill Pay from the Online Services drop-down menu and click LOG IN. (If you are not currently using Bill Pay but would like to enroll, click ENROLL NOW.) If you are logged in to Online Banking, just click the Pay Bills tab and then Sign In located under For Your Business Accounts. (If you are not currently using Bill Pay but would like to enroll, click Apply Now!) Enter your Harris Online Banking User ID to log in. Your Harris Online Banking User ID will be your existing Company ID plus admin. For example: If your Company ID is , your Harris User ID will be admin. Enter your temporary Bill Pay Password. Although your User IDs and Passwords may be the same for both Online Banking and Bill Pay, if you change either within Online Banking or Bill Pay, this will not change it in the other service. 11

12 Entering Pay Dates. When making payments, enter the due date (the date you want the biller to receive the payment) in the Pay Date field. Because of this change, bill payment requests may need to be submitted earlier than in the past. Starting September 8, bill payments will be withdrawn from your account on or around the Pay Date. Rest assured that your payments are protected with the CheckFree TM Service Guarantee.* Bill Pay Changes The following Bill Pay changes will become effective September 8: Scheduling payments. Bill Pay requests may need to be submitted earlier than in the past. As noted above, the Pay Date is now the date the biller receives a check payment or electronic payment. Bill payments can only be made from Harris checking accounts. Restrictions on payments. You cannot use Harris Business Bill Pay SM to pay any company or person with an address outside the United States or its territories. Taxes, securities, and court-ordered payments may not be made through Harris Business Bill Pay. Terms and Conditions. 14 Enroll in Harris Total Look Go to harrisbank.com. Choose Harris Total Look from the drop-down menu on the upper right-hand side of the screen. Enter your Online Banking User ID and then click LOG IN. From here, you will be able to enroll in Harris Total Look. 14

15 Harris Telephone Banking Provides 24-hour telephone banking access at the touch of a button. All you need is a phone and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Automated account information is available 24/7 in English and Spanish by calling BANK (2265). With telephone banking you can... Using Harris Telephone Banking, Starting September 8 Dial BANK (2265). Enter your Harris Telephone Banking User ID. Your User ID will be your Tax Identification Number (TIN). Enter your temporary PIN. Your temporary PIN is the last four digits of your TIN. After you log in, you will immediately be prompted to change this temporary PIN. Each individual business with a unique TIN can access all of its eligible accounts using Harris Telephone Banking. 15
