3 Jeep Beach is one of the largest, Jeep-specific events in the United States, attracting tens of thousands of participants and vendors from across the globe. The mission of Jeep Beach is to raise funds for local and national charities, with over $1.5 million donated to date. We value the support of our vendors at Jeep Beach and are constantly thinking of ways to improve our processes. In 2018, we made minor changes to our vendor layout and to the pricing levels of our vendor packages. This year, we have taken what we learned in 2018 and are implementing NEW & IMPROVED processes for our vendors! We are working hard to provide the absolute best vendor show in the Jeep industry! Throughout the years of this amazing Jeep exclusive event, Jeep Beach has seen many transformations and is now one of the largest events to take over Daytona Beach, FL for a full week of exciting festivities! Because of the generosity of the entire international Jeep community, over $1.5 million has been donated to hundreds of deserving charitable organizations. As this event continues to grow, Jeep Beach s reach also grows; and, that is something we can all be proud of! 4 At A Glance Grass Roots Charity Event What started as a gathering of Jeeps on the beaches of Daytona Beach in 2003, Jeep Beach has re-invented itself over the course of 15 years. In 2017, Jeep Beach Inc. became a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and has given over $1.5 million to other charities since The last week of April annually has been proclaimed by the City of Daytona Beach and The Voulsia County Council as Jeep Beach Week. 8 Infield Layout Please be advised that the new layout creates a more shopper friendly flow for the participants. This layout has drive-in participants entering at the west end of vendor rows and tram drop off of spectators entering at the east end of vendor rows; thus, creating an oval shaped flow of traffic. Vendor rows now stretch from Turn 1 & 2 on the west to Turn 3 & 4 on the east - over 6 acres of vendor space for JB19! Sections A - D: PREMIUM spots - SOLD OUT Sections E & F: PREMIUM spots - LIMITED availability Sections G - P: Lake Lloyd spots - LIMITED availability Please note that the sections SOLD OUT are from those vendors whom reserved their spaces at the end of JB18. If you are approved as a vendor for JB19, we highly recommend locking into your space by the end of JB19 in order to ensure your spot for JB20! REQUESTS ONLY for PREMIUM spaces. We cannot guarantee locations, but will do our very best to accommodate requests. Spaces along Lake Lloyd will be assigned. We have worked very hard to ensure that there are NO BAD VENDOR SPOTS! No vendor will be hidden from the flow of traffic. A member of JB19 Vendor Committee will contact you upon approval of your application.

9 Important Information Submission of your application does not guarantee approval of vendor registration. You will receive an invoice from Jeep Beach Vendor Committee once your application is approved. Your space will be confirmed and guaranteed once your invoice is paid in full. Jeep Beach Inc will hold your spot for a maximum of 30 days once your invoice is issued. After 30 days, your vendor space will be released to the next vendor on the waiting list. We have a vendor list of over 300 vendors wishing to attend Jeep Beach It is imperative that we all work together to make sure everyone has a successful event! Jeep Beach Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization issued pursuant to Chapter 212, Florida Statutes. Jeep Beach Inc. certificate of exemption number: C-1.
