6 SERVICES DETAILED Modeling: Economic - Financial - Demographic Statistical and Timeline We ll build abstract representations of the current financial and economic climate. This will encompass many things, but will ultimately allow us to create a series of hypotheses about the behavior of markets into measurable predictions. Market: Drive Time and Segmentation Studies Identifying and examining the habits of different groups of purchasers in specific markets will be the focus here. We ll identify the key segments of a geographical area then assess the area s tolerance for willingness to pay premium price for lodging, then identify those services and amenities which are desired. Consulting We provide consulting on new hotel developments, renovations, acquisitions and existing properties. Construction Document Preparation We will prepare all necessary construction documents, bid forms, pre-qualification criteria, plans and specs, etc. General Construction We are a fully licensed and bonded general contractor, and we work hand-in-hand with our in-house architectural design team, and our client, from day one in a true Design-Build relationship. This is a great advantage to our client, as we can simultaneously price what is being designed to ensure we re providing the most accurate cost estimates, and are staying within our client s budget. Oftentimes, our site work construction can begin while the final design work is being completed saving you valuable time. His experience includes a variety of environments, ranging from multi-family housing and commercial construction, to highly branded and themed environments all across the world. Tom manages the daily operations of our Architectural Design and Fabrication Divisions. Donald Weber, AIA Vice President Donny is a 30+ year experienced architect, business owner and artist, whose extensive international and domestic experience has positioned him to become a frequent lecturer on the subject of positive ROI impact as a result of having a properly branded program. Donny leads our Development Division and is instrumental in the structuring and programming of various joint venture opportunities.

He s expert at developing a brand experience through a tapestry of concepts, images and designs. Anita is a 25+ year seasoned professional, specializing in international marketing, strategic planning and business development. As part of securing new business opportunities for the firm, she conducts market research and analysis to benchmark competitive positioning within various industries. Brand development, market plan development, and trademark registration are also points of her responsibility. Greg is a 30+ year commercial real estate veteran. Manager of the Kentucky operation for Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, with 26 offices located throughout the U.S. Bellwether currently services over $10 billion in commercial real estate assets, and over $4 billion of new loans, joint ventures and commercial real estate transactions annually.
