The opportunity we are providing is a full turn key package that provides you with everything you need to get started and to grow your estate agency business. As with our clients, we believe our partners should also have a choice, that s why we ve created different support options (more on that later). Training Training is available to help you grow your business, but we expect our partners to have a basic knowledge of their subject and to know their chosen geographic area well; Technical support and bespoke product training is available also. Software & Reporting Systems Access to our web portal and its innovative features Use of our Estate Agency software and database. Access to our resource centre. Use of our Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and other advertising packages (fee payable if you choose this option, to cover the cost of providing these features in your particular area). 6

7 Marketing As it s effectively your business and your geographic area, it s only right and proper that you choose the level of marketing required. The business model we offer is simple, you pay for the advertising you use, so for instance, if you choose to advertise your properties on Zoopla, you pay a contribution to that cost. Available options include: (included as part of the package) Rightmove Zoopla Scoot Local Newspapers Gumtree and Freeads For Sale boards (payable by Vendor) via out bespoke online ordering system General Business & Support Protected territory You choose the geographic region and it s yours during the licence period An 0800 (Freephone) telephone number with virtual office functionality. 8 Multiple Income Streams How you earn your money is your business, we are not here to dictate that aspect (save to say that it must not be illegal, immoral or otherwise have the potential to bring us into disrepute. Below are some ways we believe you can make a serious income, these include: Estate Agency Sale and Letting Fees Premium Property Listings Utility Warehouse Discount Club Commissions (UWDC) Floorplans and photograph services (either referral commissions or fees earned) Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) although additional training may be required. Property management fees Inventory & Safety check fees (either referral commissions or fees earned) Property Sourcing fees and investment advice With the opportunity to earn money from multiple income streams your earning potential is only limited by you. Some of the above revenue streams, such as the UWDC, provide ongoing income for many years to come and will belong to you even if you decide in the future to leave the totallymoving family. 8

9 This exciting and we believe unique opportunity is ideal for anyone, no matter what their previous background (albeit CRB certification is mandatory). The business is most suited however to those with some form of property background who are ready to take the next step to self-employment. We believe that recruiting the best partners is key to our success, and also theirs, so whilst experience in property is preferred, as full training is available, the opportunity is open to anyone to apply and no previous property experience is necessarily required. Operators must have the entrepreneurial skill and flair to run their own business, be willing to work hard to succeed and be willing to generate new business in order to reap the potential rewards. Ideally operators should: Be able to deal with clients in a courteous and professional manner Have basic computer and IT skills Possess a friendly and persuasive manner Want to grow a successful business Be self-motivated, organised and able to manage a diary system Have a can do approach to problem solving Be pragmatic and determined in meeting deadlines Enjoy working under pressure to strict timescales Does this sound like you? 9

10 As a Totallymoving licensed consultant you will have the opportunity to build a successful property business, backed by property professionals with many years experience in the industry, but without the start-up costs normally associated with starting an estate agency property business. The systems we provide will help you manage the process and avoid headaches associated with invoicing and the day to day paperwork involved. You will be self-employed and as such this is your business so you decide what hours you work and when. This gives you the flexibility to fit the business around your particular lifestyle and commitments. Whilst the opportunity is flexible, this is not a part-time role and you will need to put in the effort necessary to grow and develop the business within your defined geographic area. 11 Luck is a dividend of sweat, the more you sweat the luckier you get. The revenue per client will be derived from various sources as outlined above and is wholly dependent upon the work you put in. Totallymoving has been designed to maximise the revenue streams available to consultants and to enable them to keep the majority of the income they generate. Our charge is on a per listing basis, currently anticipated to be 25 per listing (sale or letting) payable monthly. YOU keep the rest.
