1 April 6, 2006 Dear CFA National Associate From: Jim Baty Technical Director Re: Summer Meeting, Kalihari Resort and Convention Center, Wisconsin Dells, WI We are extremely excited and very pleased to extend to you this invitation to join us at the 31 st Annual Summer Meeting (Annual Convention) begin hosted at the Kalihari Resort in the beautiful Wisconsin Dells. There is incredible energy for this event and we anticipate nearing if not exceeding our record turnout. Without a doubt, we are giving it every possibility by locating this year s event near a large percentage of current CFA membership. Please consider this opportunity to meet foundation contractors and their employees and inform them about the products and services your company provides as well as support this great event that has become synonymous with the purpose of the CFA. You will see, on the enclosed pages, significant opportunities ranging from our traditional exhibits to the return of outdoor exhibits to opportunities for product demonstrations for those that entertain a sponsorship level. This opportunity, will range in commitment for each of you from $1500 to as much as $5500 for those seeking to make a major statement of support for this Association and place your company as firmly as possible identified with commitment to the CFA. There are notes identifying all of the opportunities and specifically what each means. There are also identifying points that will make sure that you are as informed as possible and inform us as much as possible what your intentions are. If your company is unable to support this year s meeting with your exhibit, you may still choose to join us as an attendee and even contribute as a sponsor. The hotel is not responsible for any power surges or other power fluctuations. 6. The use of triple or quad attachment plugs is strictly prohibited. 7. Fuel powered equipment or vehicles, open flames, and exhibits over 2000 pounds must receive prior approval in writing from the hotel. 8. Any damage to the hotel will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. 9. Exhibit space is carpeted. Exhibitor is responsible for repair / replacement charges to damages carpet. 10.
