1 9 th Annual Conference April 20, 2018 Dear Forage Industry Partners, Foundation Forage: Built from the Ground Up. This is the theme for the national conference to be held by Canadian Forage and Grassland Association (CFGA) in Calgary November 14 & 15, I invite you to be part of developing the Canadian forage sector with us through sponsoring this event. The CFGA national conference is an opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the sector; to learn, improve and build networks. This meeting is your chance to tap into the largest land use sector in Canadian agriculture. Canada is home to 70 million acres of forage and grassland production. This production is the backbone of Canada's ruminant industry. So, please join with us to build and promote the 2018 CFGA conference. The conference program for 2018 will include many networking opportunities with two days of breakfast, lunch and two breaks. Your presence with a banner or booth is sure to be recognized by industry stakeholders at all levels. You may wish to add your brand to one of the networking breaks by purchasing a sponsorship package with that option. Attendance of 150 industry participants is expected. This audience will include producers, input suppliers, service providers and government senior-level representatives of major industry players. Attendees from coast to coast, eager to learn about new forage practices, network with colleagues, discover new research on forage and grasslands, explore carbon sequester and improve environmental management. Please find sponsorship opportunities detail attached. There are many partnership levels with associated benefits for each. I encourage you to consider which level aligns best with your company s business, marketing objectives and budget. Please consider partnering with the CFGA to celebrate Canada s largest agricultural sector in Calgary this November. If you have any questions, or require clarification of any details, please contact our Conference Coordinator Bev DeVries (contact details attached). We look forward to working with you!
