If you look at any brand, anywhere in the world, there are core values that the company displays in their advertisements, endorsements, and perhaps even at their offices. For example, Nike is all about athletic pursuits. In their ads people are running, jumping, snowboarding, skiing, biking, swimming or doing some other athletic activity. enerally they sponsor famous athletes and sports teams, or athletic events. s a result, their brand reps are traditional in good shape, very active, and public about their athletic activities. The key thing to remember is that you should be engaged in whatever the lifestyle is your target company admires EFRE you attempt to brand rep for them. You ll want to have content (pictures of yourself / blog posts about your activities, etc) in order to be seen as an asset to your target brand. CTIN STEPS - WHT T : 1. Post pictures to your social media sites of you engaged in the activities the company values (running, working out, yoga, surfing, skateboarding, etc.) 2. Make sure your captions use the keywords and hashtags that will easily allow your images to be found when searched. Ex. #nike #yoga #guessjeans #outfitinspo

Companies want to work with people who are fun and outgoing, not people who post pictures and never check back in with their followers. If you ask to be a brand rep, get free merch and post horrible pictures, you ll be doing a disservice to the company you re representing. You don t have to be a photographer to post awesome pics, but you do need to remember these essential tips. HERE RE THE KEY THINS T REMEMER 1. ackgrounds make or break pictures: In the case of backgrounds, less is definitely more. When you frame yourself inside of a distracting or loud background, people don t know where to look. Natural light is best, but if it s a rainy day or you can t take the picture outside, make sure you re in a well lit area. Why? ecause lighting makes all the difference! If the lighting is off it s hard for people to understand what s happening in the picture. In addition, poor lighting can make you look dull, washed out, and out of focus. So get the light right!! 8 4. Have no filter: Next to lighting, the easiest way to ruin a picture is filter it in an unflattering way. So when in doubt, skip the filter.
