2 Award winning global design firm seeks talented Content & Digital Marketing Manager Salary Job Negotiable depending on experience Broadway Malyan is a global architecture, urbanism and design practice dedicated to creating cities, buildings and places that will provide a lasting legacy. Through a shared design ethos, we work together to create places with a strong sense of identity where people and communities want to live, learn, shop, work and relax. We re seeking a Content and Digital Marketing Manager to be an integral part of our global marketing team. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for developing our global sector thought leadership content as well as driving forward our digital strategy to ensure we optimise all appropriate mediums and online channels to enhance our profile and brand. We design cities, buildings and places with a strong sense of identity and place. The role will also lead on a range of global initiatives that will need to be implemented appropriately across some or all markets. This position would suit someone with a broad marketing communications experience who has operated within a professional services environment. Sharon Steward Global Marketing Director

3 Creating inspiring content This position will develop the thought leadership and content marketing strategy for three core sectors: Masterplanning, Retail and Residential at a global level by working closely with Board Directors and sector experts across the practice. All global sector content should aim to enhance our global brand, position us as leading experts and support our business development activities. This will involve: Sector Research: Developing an in-depth knowledge of each sector to identify the key global issues and opportunities that our design expertise can solve for our clients including how this may differ across our key markets. Thought Leadership: Proposing content ideas to relevant Directors and taking responsibility for bringing together all research and Directors contributions to produce a range of comprehensive, well-written pieces of thought leadership and content. Communications Strategy: For every piece of thought leadership content, we will require a supporting communications and business development plan, but this should be in proportion to depth and complexity of the content. The content should also be developed into a range of different formats (reports, video, webinars, podcasts, infographics, presentations etc.) to help increase its reach. Lead Generation: Working closely with the team s Business Development Manager who will be responsible for utilising your content to generate leads for the practice. #We are creative thinkers

4 Creating global presence This role will have responsibility for driving our digital strategy to ensure we optimise all appropriate mediums and channels to enhance our profile and brand. Requirements include: Keeping abreast and recommending new digital channels and tools that would help us to improve our marketing effectiveness and business development objectives. Managing the on-going development and optimisation of a global web site that positions us as an international practice whilst reflecting the local markets in which we operate. Being responsible for SEO, Google Analytics and social media strategies that will achieve maximum reach for our thought leadership content. #We are insightful innovators
