The website is never set in stone, we build websites that are easy to update as your business evolves. You ll have access to the website s dashboard to make any content changes you wish, or we can carry out these changes if you prefer. Are there any hidden costs? No unlike many providers we operate with transparent pricing and no hidden costs. This booklet details each service, and our sales team will confirm full costings for your requirements. Will we be found on Google? Yes, your website will be indexed by Google and your website will appear on Google search. Where you place on Google relative to your competitors is affected by a number of factors which we can advise on. You can expand your website s volume of traffic and overtake competitors through our Digital Marketing services. What s the difference between Brochure and Bespoke Brochure? In short, the main difference is time. Our Brochure package is to allow for a high quality product to be completed in a shorter amount of time to allow for a lower cost. Our Bespoke Brochure package involves a lot more research, concepts and revisions hence the higher cost. Both will be identical under the hood.

Yes absolutely part of the design process is to consider your activity elsewhere on the web such as on Facebook, Instagram etc. We can link to your social media profiles or even automatically pull in content from your social media platforms. How long will it take to get our new website live? Brochure Website projects require approximately 2 3 weeks to complete. Bespoke Brochure websites require approximately 5 7 weeks to complete completion time depends on design revisions, time between receiving content or feedback and so on. Before your website is launched we can set a Coming Soon page for you, displaying your contact details so your customers can still reach you in the meantime (no extra charge). Can we use our own hosting? Sure if you have your own hosting server we can deploy your website there if you prefer. However the onus will be on you to keep the software and security up to date. As such we strongly recommend our Managed Hosting solution which is included with all new websites for 6 months, and is 600 per year thereafter. We don t have photos or text prepared, does that matter? Not at all, we will give you a handy content form to help you send us what s needed. We can also provide stock images, professional photography and copywriting if you want it professionally produced. 19
