1 New Brunswick Private Sector Brochure Distribution Program 2018 The New Brunswick Private Sector Brochure Distribution Program 2018 is available to Tourism operators in New Brunswick to promote their business through distribution of their brochures at the 5 Provincial Visitor Information Centres (VICs) and approximately 50 Municipal Visitor Information Centres (VICs). For only pennies a brochure, Inmar Promotions Canada Inc., the New Brunswick Tourism Literature Distribution Centre, can distribute your brochures, in quantities as small as 25 brochures, to the VICs of your choice. This is an excellent opportunity to promote your business by getting your brochure into the hands of visitors who are traveling in New Brunswick. This program is available to the New Brunswick Tourism Private Sector and participation is voluntary. The New Brunswick Private Sector Brochure Distribution Program 2018 will work as follows: Distribution to Provincial VICs: There will be one shipment of brochures to the Provincial VICs (May 2018). Please read racking guidelines for eligibility (link found on next page). Distribution to Municipal VICs: There will be one bulk distribution of brochures to each Municipal VIC. Some Municipal VICs will receive their shipment in May 2018, while the rest will receive their shipment in June 2018, based on their opening dates. 2 New Brunswick Private Sector Brochure Distribution Program 2018 New Brunswick Private Sector Operators may participate in the Private Sector Brochure Distribution Program Participation in this program is voluntary and a fee for service applies. RACKING BROCHURES IN THE PVICs: Products, Accommodations, and Campgrounds must have a paid listing with the Department of Tourism, Heritage and Culture (THC) and brochures must receive racking approval by THC prior to shipping to Inmar Promotions Canada Inc. Approval may be obtained by submitting a copy of your brochure to: suzanne.macdonald@gnb.ca. Bundling: Brochures must arrive at Inmar in bundled quantities of 25 only no exceptions. Boxes used in the transport of brochures must be of good quality, properly sealed and have quantities and proper name of your brochure clearly marked on the outside of each box. A bundling or re-boxing charge of $25.00/hour will be invoiced to the Private Sector Operator prior to delivery if the brochures do not arrive properly bundled or boxed. The Private Sector Operator will be contacted in the case of improper bundling and a decision will be made whether to have Inmar bundle the brochures at $25.00/hour or return the shipment to the owner for proper bundling, at the Private Sector Operators expense. 2. DEADLINE: Brochures for distribution need to arrive at Inmar Promotions Canada Inc. on or before April 13, VIC Contact Information: The Private Sector Operator is encouraged to communicate directly with the applicable VIC Manager regarding details on their brochure inventory levels during the operation season. 4. Provincial Visitor Information Centres: Provincial Visitor Information Centres will not rack a private sector brochure that has not received racking approval.

3 5. Municipal Visitor Information Centres: Municipal Visitor Information Centres are not obligated to rack any private sector brochures. 6. End of Season: It is the responsibility of the Private Sector Operators to remove their brochures from the VICs by the end of the season each year. Brochures not picked up will be recycled at the Private Sector Operators expense. Payment and Brochures: Payment for distribution of brochures must be issued directly to Inmar Promotions Canada Inc. in the form of a cheque or money order made payable to Inmar Promotions Canada Inc. prior to distribution. Clearly indicate the place of business on the cheque or money order. This payment must be included with your Brochure Distribution Registration Form Company Profile, your Brochure Allocation Form and the Brochure Distribution Payment Form (all attached). 4 BROCHURE DISTRIBUTION REGISTRATION FORM COMPANY PROFILE (To be included with Brochure Distribution Payment Form) (Distribution request must contain the following completed 4 pages) Don t miss out on the first shipment of brochures to the Municipal and Provincial Visitor Information Centres. There will be only one shipment of private sector publications to each Municipal VIC, based on opening date. It is not mandatory to distribute your brochure to each VIC. Each Private Sector Operator will make the decision for distribution according to where they wish to market their brochure and what they feel are strategic locations. Also, ensure payment for the second brochure is calculated separately.
