2 Redeem your Groupon voucher and book a cleaner with Helpling On you can redeem your Groupon voucher in three easy steps. Choose between a one-off or regular cleaning. Voucher 1: 1 x 3 hours home cleaning Voucher 2: 2 x 3 hours home cleaning Voucher 3: 3 x 3 hours home cleaning Simply enter your post code on our home page and click Find Cleaner. 3 Customise your cleaning and add extras Enter the number of rooms of your home and any added extras to calculate the duration of your booking. Added extras will increase the previously set cleaning duration. Note: you can also enter a duration that exceeds the value of your purchased Groupon voucher (such as redeeming voucher 1 but booking 4 hours of cleaning in total). Every extra hour will be charged at the usual price of $29 per hour. If the duration of your booking is less than the value of your voucher (such as 2 hours) the remaining value of the voucher will become obsolete. Click Next to confirm your selection.

4 Login or enter your personal details Enter your , home address, and phone number. Confirm your details by clicking Next If you are already a helpling member, click Login now and enter your password Note: You will be automatically registered after your first booking and receive a confirmation that allows you to select a personal password. This login can be used to make futher bookings.

5 Choose your booking frequency Choose between a one-off or regular cleaning. You can book a cleaner once, weekly, or fortnightly. For a recurring booking your selected weekday and time will remain the same for future appointmentments.

6 Select booking date and time Select the preferred date and time of your booking in the Date and Time section. Helpling will suggest available time slots for your booking.

7 Cleaner access Please specify how the cleaner will be able to enter your home; for example I will be home Note: All Groupon vouchers can be redeemed either once, twice, or three times, depending on the type of voucher purchased. Vouchers that are valid for recurring bookings (voucher 2 and voucher 3) will be redeemed automatically for the recurring booking

8 Payment by credit card or PayPal Enter your credit card or PayPal details. Your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged if the booking value does not exceed your Groupon voucher value. To validate your debit / credit card a preauthorisation of $1 may apply at the time of booking. You can now redeem your Groupon voucher by clicking Redeem Voucher. A window will pop up, as shown on the next page. Note: Should the duration of your appointment exceed the value of your Groupon voucher, your PayPal account or credit card will be charged after your cleaning appointment.

9 Redeem your voucher code By clicking Redeem Voucher the following window will pop up: Please enter the exact combination of letters and numbers of your Groupon voucher and click redeem If the value of your booking does not exceed the value of your Groupon voucher, there will be no additional charges applied

10 Confirm your booking and all done! The total value of your booking will now be reduced by the value of your Groupon voucher, as you will be shown on the right side bar. In case you have not done so yet, you will be asked to enter your payment details. If you want to use voucher 2 or voucher 3 for several single bookings, you have to login to your account and make these bookings separately. For multiple bookings, the same voucher code can be entered again several times. Please accept our Terms and Conditions. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your booking without any additional costs.
