The Program contractually enables Food Franchise Companies to expand its Franchise reach into Professional Sports Venues and gain the extraordinary benefits of Implied Sponsorship allowing access to the venues and team s valuable Media Assets and Trademarks. 2

The Sports Venue compensates the Franchise Companies the Standard Franchise Royalty Fee on sales which is significant as product pricing is higher and Sports Venue sales are usually in the millions of dollars.
