The respnsibility fr cnverting that interest int smart meter installatins has always sat slely with individual energy suppliers. In 2019, that is all ging t change. While we still cntinue t make the emtinal and ratinal case fr smart meters, we nw have an expanded remit t cnvert that interest int bked installatins. S we need an energised and skilful perfrmance marketing team, t get us ff the grund as a respnse advertiser. The team will be led by a Perfrmance Marketing Manager, wh will will have respnsibility and accuntability fr ur full perfrmance marketing media and creative budget. Yu will wrk alngside anther Marketing Executive (respnse) as a team f three, tasked with delivering this new respnse activity, ptimising it cnstantly in flight, testing and learning, and ensuring we cnvert desire fr smart meters int bked installatins. Yu will wrk directly with ur Insight and Digital teams, as well as ur industry leading creative and media agencies. Key tasks/respnsibilities Supprting ur perfrmance marketing manager in the management f ur agency partners (in particular ur creative agency) by writing briefs, cmpiling feedback and assessing creative executins Taking c-respnsibility (with the ther marketing executive) fr the general smth running f ur perfrmance campaign. Yu will c-manage (with the ther marketing exec) all reprts, media plans, testing plans, and all related dcuments, under the supervisin f the Perfrmance Marketing Manager Ensuring that campaign assets are implemented t meet plans, schedules, brand guidelines and quality standards. Ensuring that any ptimisatin r testing plans related t ur respnse advertising assets are delivered accurately and effectively. Supprting the Perfrmance Marketing Manger t prvide external stakehlders with regular updates n ur perfrmance marketing plans & activity. This will ladder up directly t the Directr and Deputy Directr f Marketing, plus the Head f Industry Relatins Acting as a brand guardian; ensuring that ur brand is used crrectly acrss all respnse tuch pints 4
