2 About the Conference The Annual Conference for bank presidents, senior officers, and directors is WBA's flagship event. With an impressive agenda of thoughtfully selected sessions, attendees will explore issues relevant to technology, innovation, and leveraging opportunities. This four-day program is designed to guide bank executives through the industry s greatest challenges and provide information to help them achieve their bank s short-term and long-term initiatives. WBA's Annual Conference takes place from March 9 12, 2019 in Maui, Hawaii. The event attracts more than 400 top-level executives. This conference offers an exceptional networking opportunity for firms looking to connect with bank presidents, directors, and other C-level executives. 11 DEADLINES: Please submit logos (both JPG and vector EPS formats) and a short company biography by Friday, February 1, Please attach a description of any special needs required by your firm s representatives. Final confirmation of your exhibit space is contingent upon WBA receipt of payment and your signed sponsor contract and registration form. TERMS OF PAYMENT: Sponsors are required to pay 100 percent within 30 days of the date WBA receives the signed contract. If the event start date is less than 30 days from contract submission, payment must be received immediately. No branding or promotion will take place until full payment is received. If payment is not received in the time frame specified above, the sponsorship/exhibit space will be released and made available for sale again by WBA. CANCELLATION POLICY: Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. Written notice is required for all substitutions/cancellations. The full registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by Friday, January 18 and 50 percent if by Friday, February 1. No refunds will be provided after Friday, February 1. Registrations made on or after Friday, February 1 are not subject to refund.
