1 /T&L Expense Types For Accurate Expense Categorization according to the Chart of Accounts in sync with the Concur System -Updated as of January 2018 Imagination at work

2 Expense Types & Navigation There are 12 Expense Type Categories listed within the Concur System. Concur houses your expense reports once they have registered after the point of sale. You can access the concur site through the link: When you arrive at the Travel Site Homepage, go into the Expenses tab (circled above)

3 Click into the hyperlinked Text that reads Global T&L/Concur under the Expense Reports Heading to be routed to the Concur Page. If you have open expenses and or open Reports with expenses in them, you will arrive at the page depicted on the next slide. Otherwise you will need to start a new report to input expenses in.

4 Click the Blue arrow to navigate into the open expenses (Purchases you ve made), you will need to place them in an Open Report in order to classify the type of expense(s) and ultimately get them approved after submission.

5 To Place a specific expense in a report, check the box alongside the expense being actioned so that the Move drop down menu becomes a solid select option. Hit the arrow to access the drop down which should give you options on the report you would like that particular expense filed under, in this case we are using the report titled January Expenses

6 After you have elected the report of which to place your selected expense(s) in, you ll arrive at the above screen. You can now see the expense(s) on the left-hand side and the expense types on the righthand side. Check the box beside the expense to classify the expense type. If there are any questions or doubts of where you believe the expense should fall, please consult with your manager, local cost leader, or finance leader to properly classify so that the right budget is hit.

7 Expense Types The Expense Type Headings are listed in the table to the right. The next few slides reveal the actual expense types that will be assigned to the selected expenses when. In terms of navigation, we will used the same approach as that of the Pcard when filing an expense. Concur houses your expense reports once they have registered after the point of sale. You can access the concur site through the link: The Only difference between the T&L and Pcard expense processes rest on the page where you select the expenses (which do in fact differ from the Pcard Expense types) T&L
