1 Dear Vendor: 20 th Annual Gold Prospecting & Treasure Show 2 Big Days March 16th & 17th, 2019 Saturday 9am-5pm Sunday 9am-4pm On behalf of the NorthWest Gold Prospectors Association I would like to invite you to participate in our 20 th Annual Gold Prospecting and Treasure Show at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds, in Coeur d Alene Idaho in We had a great crew of exhibitors last year with lots of success and fun and would like to extend our invitation for you to exhibit with us at the 2019 Show. Our 20 th Annual Gold Prospecting & Treasure Show will be held March 16th & 17th, We are still going to be in the Jacklin Building #25 at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds at 4056 N Government Way in Coeur d Alene. Our booths are still $75 each, however, we do have to charge for tables and chairs. You are welcome to bring your own or rent from the Fairgrounds at $9 per 8 table and $1.50 per chair. Again, we are in the same building as last year which will have everyone under one roof. Please select your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for booth spots from the attached layout. We will do our best to accommodate your choices, but will keep like vendors apart from each other unless requested otherwise. If you are unable to join us this year, I would like to extend an invitation to you to send printed matter (catalogs, brochures, etc.), which will be prominently displayed at the show for $25. We also appreciate any donated items for our raffle. I have enclosed a brochure to hang in your place of business or to make copies for handouts of the show. Being a vendor at other shows ourselves, I realize the time and effort you put forth in traveling and setting up a booth and want you to know how much our organization appreciates your efforts to attend our shows. It is your participation that makes our show a success and we are looking forward to having you at our show again or for the first time this year! Please remember that everyone has to collect and pay Idaho Sales Tax. Forms for a temporary permit will be handed out at the show to all vendors. If you already have an Idaho Sales Tax Permit, be sure to bring your permit number with you to put on the form. Attached, please find your vendor application, building / booth layout, a full page show notice to hang in your place of business and a page of small show notices to copy and handout to your customers.
