2 AR Chapter of NIGP 2017 ANNUAL ARKANSAS CHAPTER OF NIGP VENDOR EXHIBIT THURSDAY, MARCH 30, :00 PM 3:30 PM THE ARLINGTON RESORT HOTEL & SPA HOT SPRINGS, AR The Arkansas Chapter of NIGP (The Institute for Public Procurement) would like to extend an invitation to your company to attend our Annual ARNIGP Vendor Exhibit on March 30, 2017! Our theme this year is WELCOME TO OUR PROCUREMENT FAMILY MAKE US AN OFFER WE CAN T REFUSE. Please find attached information about the Vendor Exhibit to be held at the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa in Hot Springs, AR on March 30, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Our membership is comprised of procurement and purchasing directors, administrators, buyers, purchasing agents, etc. from public organizations in Arkansas which includes federal, state, county, municipalities and townships, public schools, colleges and universities and any other public agencies, many of which will be represented at this vendor exhibit. JOIN OUR PROCUREMENT FAMILY AND MAKE US AN OFFER WE CAN T REFUSE! THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FRIDAY, MARCH 3, 2017!!! You must register online and assign yourself a booth. You will have a choice during the online registration to pay by credit card or check. If you pay with a check, be sure to print a copy of the online registration to mail in with your check. Payment must be received by Friday, March 10, 2017! Vendor Booth Cost: $ Approximately 7 w x 6 d booth with back drape and vendor signage 6 draped table with 2 chairs Power: No Charge (includes a power strip under the table, extension cord not included) A minimum of two (2) representatives per booth with boxed lunch is included with your booth registration fee.

3 HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE ARNIGP VENDOR EXHIBIT: HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE ARNIGP VENDOR EXHIBIT: You may register on our website at Here s the process: 1. From our home page, click on the Details link under Upcoming Events for the 2017 ARNIGP CONFERENCE AND VENDOR EXPO 2. At the bottom of the main conference details page, select the button labeled Exhibitors and Sponsors. 3. Review the pages for "Sponsorship Opportunities", "Exhibit Locations", and decide how you want to participate. The best (premium) booth locations are available to sponsors only. 4. Click the Register Online button at the bottom of any page in the Exhibitors and Sponsors area. Enter your registration information, select your sponsorship and/or exhibit booth, and complete any required fields. Click the Continue button at the bottom of the registration to preview your entries, then click the Continue button at the bottom of the preview page. 5. Enter your payment information (you may pay online with a credit card or indicate you will mail a check), then click the Continue button on the payment page to submit your order. If paying by check, sponsorships and booths will be reserved for you, but cannot be confirmed until PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED. Please submit your check payment before Friday, February 10, Register online for the address to mail your check. Due to limited space, only seventy (70) vendors will be able to register for this vendor exhibit on a first come, first serve basis. Register early to make sure your company is represented and to choose the best booth!!!

4 Vendor Sponsorship Opportunities The members of ARNIGP realize without our vendors we could not hold an annual conference. Below are sponsorships available to our vendors in order to increase the name recognition of the sponsor. We would like to encourage all of our vendors to become a sponsor and we thank you for your participation! *A minimum of two (2) representatives per booth with boxed lunch included with your participation. 5 BRONZE SPONSOR - $1, (6 Available) One Booth - 7 w x 6 d booth with back drape and vendor signage Quarter Page color ad in program book Corporate Logo displayed on ARNIGP website home page up to 3 months Bronze Level Recognition at all Conference Functions as well as recognition in various mediums Attendance to Friday s Award/Recognition Luncheon for 2 company Reps Preferred Location in the Exhibit Area Inclusion in list of vendors in the Conference Program Electronic listing of all delegates who register for the conference THURSDAY NIGHT BUFFET AND GANGSTER MUSEUM EVENT SPONSOR -$ (3 Available) Spend time with delegates at Dinner Buffet at Arlington and Gangster Museum Event from 6:00 pm to Midnight and be recognized as Reception Sponsor (2 Reps per sponsor) Door Prizes ***We would appreciate a door prize donation that will be given away during the vendor exhibit. The drawings will be held throughout the show and you may drop off the door prize the day of the conference at the vendor registration desk. 6 AR Chapter of NIGP HOTEL INFORMATION A limited block of rooms are being held for March 28 th, 2017 checking out March 31 th, 2017 The rate per night/per room is $ (plus 14.5% tax) Single Occupancy w/$10.00 each additional person The deadline for making reservations in this room block is March 7, 2017 To make your reservation, choose one of the following: Group Code: ARNIGP To make an on-line room reservation, Go to click the Reservations tab, enter your conference dates, March 28 31, 2017 and enter ARNIGP in the Promo Code box. This code will pull up our group s reserved room block & discounted guest room rate so a reservation can be made. Please have method of payment ready. To make a room reservation by phone, call The Arlington directly ( or ), ask for our Reservations Department, and tell the reservation agent you re coming to the AR Chapter of National Institute for Government Procurement Conference and dates March 28 31, 2017 and confirm the nights you wish to stay. The Reservations Department will need this information to pull up your reserved room block to make a reservation. Please have method of payment ready.

7 Hotel check in is at 3:00 p.m., Check out is 11:00 a.m. Visit the hotel web site PARKING IS FREE and you may pull into valet parking where hotel attendants will help you unload and secure your items until you have time to park and return for your items. SENDING ITEMS PRIOR TO VENDOR EXHIBIT: Items may be sent to the hotel prior to vendor exhibit and stored by the hotel. Please send merchandise to The Arlington with a delivery date 5-7 days prior to Wednesday, March 29 and bring shipping paperwork for departure. The Arlington will be happy to call your preferred company for pick-up upon your departure.
