2 Intro Cryptocurrencies has been one of the hottest topic of 2017 as Bitcoin, Ethereum and other hundreds of alternative coins in existence attracting attention of millions of investors all over the world. This leads market hit its limits as it valuated over $600 billion by the end of December, As this market has seen records over records; we have also witness many crypto trading platforms to struggle by technical issues and make their users to suffer from their unready infrastructure. Borsabit; as an exchange platform for cryptocurrency trading has launched with the motivation to provide reliable and secure environment to cryptocurrency traders with the aim to be one of key player in global crypto currency market. 1

3 Borsabit Borsabit is a crypto exchange platform for Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies (namely alternative coins or altcoins) that exists in blockchain ecosystem. Our team gathered upon foundation of Eflatun Yazilim ; a tech company giving software solutions mainly in field of web platforms, mobile applications and telecommunication infrastructure since 2013 based in Turkey, Istanbul. Our involvement in distributed ledger technology lies back to early 2017 where we have started to design and develop infrastructure of our platform. As an outcome of our efforts; we have launched our cryptocurrency platform on 18th December, By the end of first quarter of 2018, Borsabit has been actively used crypto exchange with multi-platform support in web, ios and Android. Currently as one of Turkey's leading crypto exchange market, we aim to continue growing not only by means of capital but also quality of service that we provide to our customers. Starting Sep 03, 2018, we will be releasing ICO period of Turkey s first crypto exchange market currency to be used in our platform as Borsabit Coin (BBC). It will be our main mechanism to reward our customers with lower exchange fees in direct proportion to amount that they are holding. Security Security is the key concept of our system infrastructure. We have seen many trading platforms failed to provide security of its user accounts due to poor design procedures that they have been implemented. We aim to ensure that we have implemented all the industry best practices in our system design. We are constantly working to keep security at the highest level in our system. Beside providing common security precaution such as SMS verification and two-factor authentication; we will also be providing our users more advanced ways to access platform like fingerprint recognition on their mobile devices.

4 Customer Service Our customer service is active 7/24 giving support for any issues of our users can face and be sure they are satisfied by our support. We are accessible via website, mobile application or community social groups. As we priorities customer service in our platform, instead of forcing users to talk with AI bots for their problem -as it is widely implemented nowadays and can be really be frustrated for users-, we directly match our users to customer service team members and be sure that we understand problem of our customers in detail and take action accordingly. We understand that any delay can be vital as we are dealing assets of customers and we do our best to solve customer problem as soon as possible. 5 ios Application Android Application We will also be including multi language supports in all platforms starting with English very soon and many more in following months. Referral System The referral program offered by Borsabit lets our users to earn with the new users that they have invited to Borsabit. We return 50% of our revenue from exchanges of invited users to user who invite them. Invitation can be done either by direct links or QR code. Once invited users are sign up to our platform via given QR code or link; they will be linked to user who invited them. Exchange activities of invited users are tracked and user rewarded correspondingly with the 50% of fee that is charged to invited user in related coin or fiat currency.

6 ICO Hosting We are planning to host the ICO periods of the new crypto tokens that will be released. With this project, we want to be largest crypto exchange in Turkey that brings together users who want to release their own cryptocurrency and users who want to buy easily the cryptocurrency that they want to invest on our platform. Trading Pairings At the time of writing this document; we support Bitcoin, Ethereum and ERC20 token pairings in our platform. Soon; we will be releasing more and more coin pairings starting with the ones using ERC20 standards. Thanks to the Borsabit infrastructure, new ERC20 based cryptocurrencies can easily be integrated to our platform. Trading Options Borsabit allows multiple options for traders to buy and sell crypto assets. Currently available options are listed below: Easy buy/sell options Market order Limit order In addition to these; soon we will be adding stop order (in other words stop-loss order) which allow traders to give market orders to be to issued in future that can be triggered with price of given crypto asset. Furthermore we will be releasing our concept of chain orders where traders can add their decisions in queue connected to each other. So that users can design their own trading algorithms and make complicating decision possible with simple UI without need of any additional tools.

7 Enterprise Payment Receiving Service As we are already developing and deploying large cryptocurrency infrastructure for our system; we will also make it usable for our enterprise level clients to use it via service that we will be providing. With our payment receiving service, our enterprise customer will able to receive and manage their payments from their clients in multiple cryptocurrencies. This will allow them to develop their cryptocurrency supported online marketing platforms way more easy. Market Place We are planning to launch marketplace section in our exchange platform where our users can buy blockchain related products to be shipped to their address such as hardware wallets and paper wallets. Borsabit Coin Borsabit Coin (BBC) will be deployed under Ethereum main network as a smart contract following ERC20 standards. BBCs will be used as bonus tokens as a reward mechanism for Borsabit traders and also investing tool for holders who believes in our success. Reward Mechanism Borsabit holders will be rewarded with the discount they will have on exchange fee in proportion to amount they are holding in their Borsabit account. Rewarding amounts are planned as it is depicted table below.
