4 4 6. s Monthly Loyalty Rewards Purchase The Monthly Loyalty Rewards Purchase qualifies you to earn on every product repurchased within the month by every satisfied customer/distributor in your Personal Enrollment Tree (PET). Every repurchase translates into Point Value (PV) where different sets of bonus rates and depth are applied depending on the rank you have achieved. Everyone who makes a Monthly Loyalty Purchase will qualify for the weekly and monthly bonuses that requires monthly repurchase until the next cut-off period. The table below lists the bonus rates applied to Commissionable Amount (CA) of any product. The minimum amount of your Monthly Loyalty Purchase will be determined by rank. Three percent (3%) of the total company Commissionable Amount (CA) worldwide is set aside for this bonus to be shared among qualified participants and will be distributed quarterly. Business Executive Master Pro Elite Icon Legend Cut-off As a Company, we want to give you, our Preferred Customer, a good head start in your business. You are not required to meet your first (1 st ) and second (2 nd ) Monthly Loyalty Rewards Purchase from the time you signed-up to qualify for the Bonuses. Illustration: May 5 is your sign-up date as a Inc. Preferred Customer. Your first (1 st ) Monthly Loyalty Rewards Purchase will be end of July to qualify for the August bonuses. This gives you two (2) months (plus) to learn the 4s50 System.
6 6 Definition of Terms Commissionable Amount (CA) This is the amount to which the Bonus Rates in the Unilevel Bonus are applied. Carry-Over Volume will allow you to carry over any unused points in each leg for any particular commission rank. The maximum Point Value (PV) you are allowed to carry over per week depends on your rank s maximum allowed Cycles. Depth The number of levels in your organization. Flush Out These are the accumulated points that go over and above the allowable carry-over volume according to your rank. Flush out will be three (3) times/week. Flush out days are, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays of each week at midnight. Illustration: A Business earns 750 Cycles in a given week: Cycles to be used 150 Cycles to be carried over Cycles to flush out 450 Number of Cycles and Binary Income Allowed/Week/Rank Rank Number of Cycles Maximum Weekly Binary Income Preferred Customer 25 10, ,000 Business ,000 Executive ,000 Master ,000 Pro ,000 Elite ,000 Icon 1, ,000 Legend 1, ,000 Monthly Group Volume (MGV) Volume generated by your Personal Enrollment Tree (PET) during the month. This includes Volume generated by Kits and Monthly Loyalty Purchases. Monthly Loyalty Purchase A Monthly Loyalty Purchase is required depending on rank. The monthly purchase will qualify you to earn based on your pay rank qualification for the month. Monthly, weekly bonuses and accumulated volumes will be forfeited if you do NOT meet your required minimum Monthly Loyalty Purchase for the month. Once you meet the minimum required Point Value (PV) based on your rank, you will be eligible to receive your weekly and monthly bonuses and start accumulating Volume again. Pay Rank Qualifications Your MGV will determine your pay rank for the monthly commission period.
7 Each rank will be subject to a minimum Monthly Group Volume (MGV) to qualify for the income levels of that rank. The Pay Rank Qualification will be the same MGV value given to qualify for each rank. 7 Rank Qualifications 1) Preferred Customer You have the rank of a Preferred Customer when you first sign-up with Inc. 2) You get promoted to rank when you have signed-up two (2) Preferred Customers on each side of your Binary Tree or you have accumulated 200 PV in your first (1 st ) Level. 3) Business You receive the rank of a Business when you have helped two (2) of your s personally sponsor two (2) Preferred Customers. 4) Executive You must have 4 Business s in your PET of which 2 are directs and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of 3,500 points in the same month. 5) Master You must have 4 Executive s in your PET of which 2 are directs, 4 Business s and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of 12,000 points in the same month. 6) Pro You must have 4 Master s in your PET of which 2 are directs, 6 Executive s and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of 60,000 points in the same month; you must have sponsored someone on a Multipure Aquadome or Aquaversa or personally purchased a Multipure unit. 7) Elite You must have 4 Pros in your PET of which 2 are directs and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of 200,000 points in the same month. 8) Icon You Must have 6 Elites in your PET of which 2 are directs and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of 1,000,000 points in the same month. 9) Legend You must have 10 Icons in your PET of which 2 are directs and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of 5,000,000 points in the same month. Personal Enrollment Tree (PET) These are all the Preferred Customers in your personal organization from levels one (1) to ten (10). Spill-over Volumes are not considered in your PET. Point Value (PV) The amount used as credit for performance qualification and is the basis for the Monthly Loyalty Rewards Program. Rank Review After achieving a rank, every six months, there will be a rank review in order to maintain ones rank. The review will consist of:
8 8 A. The average MGV over the said six month period must be according to the required MGV of your rank. (Note: For further details on the MGV, refer to Rank Qualifications topic.) Example: You have the rank of a Master. You must have 4 Executive s in your PET of which 2 are directs, 4 Business s and a Monthly Group Volume (MGV) of 12,000 points in the same month. Month Executive Business MGV , , , , , ,000 Total MGV 6 Months: 77,500 Number of Months: 6 6 Months Average (77,500 6): 12,917 You have met the six (6) month requirement based on the above illustration and the network requirement. A. The network requirement must be met on the sixth (6th) month. B. These requirements will determine whether your rank will be maintained or adjusted accordingly. As a Preferred Customer, you can achieve a rank promotion based on the qualifying criteria at the end of each calendar month and must maintain your pay rank qualifications. After which, you can achieve the rank that you qualify for on that particular month. Roll-up Compression 1 YES 2 NO 3 NO 4 YES 5 YES When a Preferred Customer does not meet the minimum monthly required loyalty purchase, resigns from Inc. or is terminated, the Check match and Unilevel bonuses will roll-up to the next level Preferred Customer who is eligible to receive the bonuses. Spill-Over Volume The Volume added into a Downline Preferred Customer s Binary Tree when an Upline places a newly signed-up Preferred Customer directly under the Downline.
