3 EVENT INFORMATION & EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES LAW Spring has now been running for 6 years and is the first of our 2015 road-show legal events. The event attracts over 900 legal professionals over three days. In 2015 the event will be running from 3-5 March. The event is typical of our regional events with multiple conference streams (see page 5) running alongside an exhibition and networking area. The conference breaks are staggered to ensure there is a constant footfall for exhibitors and all stands are positioned adjacent to the networking and refreshment areas. Exhibitors have the option to exhibit on one, two or all three days of the event. The price of exhibiting is determined by the number of days you wish to exhibit at the event. APPOINTMENT GENERATION OPPORTUNITIES This opportunity provides you with the ability to organise meetings with potential clients before the events even started. We have the capacity to run 2 appointment generation opportunities at LAW2015. Pre-event shot: We offer the opportunity for one exhibitor to send a pre-event solus e-shot to all registered visitors. This opportunity is only available for exhibitors and can be used as a way of announcing your presence at the event or alternatively you can use this as a way of generating leads or booking meetings at your stand.
