ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Crown Imports LLC ( Sponsor ), its parent company, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies, (collectively "Released Parties"), suppliers, distributors or retailers of alcohol beverage products, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants must have a non-private Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account to be eligible to enter; i.e., entries must be visible in public hashtag searches from time of entry through time of winner verification. There is no purchase required to register for a Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account. Entrants must also have a valid address, which may be used to verify potential winners. 2. THREE WAYS TO ENTER: TWITTER: Beginning 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 2/24/16 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 3/7/16, publically Tweet your fakecation photo (Definition: Photo of yourself pretending to be on a vacation.) using the hashtags #CoronaFakecation and #Sweepstakes (collectively your Entry or "Submission") to be entered into the sweepstakes. Submissions removed, hidden or deleted from public viewing prior to date of winner verification will be disqualified. INSTAGRAM: Beginning 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 2/24/16 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 3/7/16, publically Instagram your fakecation photo using the hashtags #CoronaFakecation and #Sweepstakes (collectively your Entry or "Submission") to be entered into the sweepstakes. Submissions removed, hidden or deleted from public viewing prior to date of winner verification will be disqualified. FACEBOOK: Beginning 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 2/24/16 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 3/7/16, visit click the link ( on any of the Corona Fakecation sweepstakes posts and follow the on-screen instructions to register and upload your fakecation photo (collectively your Entry or Submission ) to be entered into the sweepstakes. Limit one Twitter, one Instagram and one Facebook entry per person per calendar day. A person can use only one Twitter, one Instagram and one Facebook account to enter. Entries will not be judged but must comply with the Submission Guidelines below in Rule #3. Any additional content included with photo will be considered part of the Submission and must also comply with the Submission Guidelines. 3. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Determination of compliance with Submission Guidelines and these Official Rules will be in the sole discretion of the Sponsor/judges. Twitter entries must comply with Twitter Rules and Twitter Terms of Service. Facebook entries must comply with Facebook Terms and Policies. Instagram entries must comply with Instagram Terms and Policies. Submission must be your original work that has not won a previous prize or award. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party s preexisting work does not qualify as Entrant s original creation. Entrant can use Corona branded backgrounds available in the #CoronaFakecation sweepstakes tab.

2 Submission must not display any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or identifiable commercial/corporate advertising from Sponsor s competitors (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names and slogans). Submission may include Crown Imports LLC brand names, logos and/or trademarks; the use of Crown Imports LLC brand names, logos and/or trademarks is permitted only for the purpose of entering in this Sweepstakes. NOTE: Use of Crown Imports LLC brand names and/or trademarks is not required. Submission cannot contain any information that references other websites, addresses, addresses, contact information or phone numbers. Submission must not contain defamatory statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group). Submission must not include threats to any person, place, business, or group; it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm, entity, and it must not in any way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations. Submission must not include or show any dangerous behavior or activity or contain content that promotes dangerous activities that may result in injury to oneself or others. Submission must not contain indecent behavior, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, and must not in any way disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor. Submission should not appeal primarily to persons under the legal drinking age nor should they include images of Santa Claus or cartoon characters. Submission must not include images or activity that is lewd or indecent, scenarios portraying sexually explicit activity as a result of consuming beer nor include images or activity that suggests that beer is needed for social, financial, educational or athletic success. Submission must not portray, encourage, or condone drunk driving or depict situations where beer is being consumed rapidly, excessively, involuntarily, as part of a drinking game or as a result of a dare, or portray beer drinking before or during activities, which for safety reasons, require a high degree of alertness or coordination. Submission must not include any personally identifiable information (e.g. last name, address, place of work, etc.) of entrant or any other person(s), whether they appear in the photo or not. Submission must not refer, depict or in any way reflect negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity and must be suitable for presentation in a public forum. If photo submission contains any identifiable person(s) other than the entrant, by entering this Sweepstakes, entrant attests that he/she has received permission from other person(s) depicted in the photo for Sponsor to use their likenesses for publicity including, but not limited to posting on website and must make written copies of such permissions available to the Sponsor upon request. Persons under the age of 21 may not appear in a photo submission.

3 Entrant must receive prior written permission from the photographer of the photo if the photo submission was taken by someone other than the entrant him/herself. Entrant must make written copies of such permissions available to the Sponsor upon request. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, post selected Entries/Submissions online, which will have no bearing on eligibility or winner determination. Entries/Submissions may be removed by Sponsor at any time for any reason. By entering, 1) entrant certifies that the submission he/she submitted is his/her own original work and he/she holds all rights to the photo submission, that the submission has not won a previous prize or award and that he/she has followed and complied with the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes and 2) entrant hereby grants Sponsor the right to: (a) use entrant s name, Facebook name, Instagram handle, Twitter handle and/or likenesses, and reproduce/distribute all entries/photo submissions in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity, (b) alter, amend, edit or change entries/photo submissions prior to distribution and (c) use, distribute, reproduce, alter, amend and copyright entries/photo submissions for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 4. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be randomly selected on or about 3/11/16 from among all eligible entries received by Votigo, Inc.,., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Depending on the platform on which the winning entry originated, potential winners will be contacted on or about 3/16/16, either by Twitter Direct Message or by private message from the CoronaExtraUSA Intagram page or by private message from the Corona Extra USA Facebook page and/or (each a Notification ). The required response to such Notification (e.g., full name, mailing address, address, etc.) must be received within five (5) calendar days (including Weekends and Postal Holidays) from the time Notification was sent or potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. If potential winner is not a follower he/she will be contacted via a Tweet and requested to within five (5) calendar days (including Weekends and Postal Holidays) so he/she may be contacted via Direct Message for verification. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable Notification resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by Twitter/Instagram/Facebook/Internet service provider/ client or for insufficient space in user s account to receive Notification. Return of any Notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification of potential winner and an alternate potential winner will be selected, time permitting. Potential winner will then be required to complete and return required documents as detailed in Rule #6. Limit one prize per household. 5. AVAILABLE PRIZE & APPROX. RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize - A voucher, valued at $4,500, to work with a Corona Extra prefered travel agency. The winner can plan a trip within the continental United States for the value of the vouchure at $4,500. Event ticket/travel packages may include hotel accommodations, air transportation and event ticket(s), and can be customized to winner s request (subject to availability/feasibility). Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event a winner's selected event ticket/travel package is under $4,500, no compensation will be provided for any unused balance. In the event selected event ticket/travel package exceeds $4,500, winner will be required to pay for the difference. Grand Prize winner and guests are solely responsible for all applicable expenses including, but not limited to, meals, additional transportation, travel insurance, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport/baggage fees, airline or hotel re-booking fees, service charges, personal charges at hotel, security fees, taxes, gratuities, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. If a Grand Prize winner chooses to bring a traveling companion(s), traveling companion(s)

4 must be 21 years of age or older at time of travel. Event ticket/travel package is non-refundable and subject to change and availability, based on time of booking. Voucher must be redeemed and all travel must be completed by 12/31/16. No compensation will be made in the event of flight cancellation(s) or delay(s). In the event selected event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, including due to lock-out or strike, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof but the remainder of the trip will be awarded. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by the travel agency and, as applicable, hotel(s) and airline carrier(s). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize ( ARV ): $4,500. Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,500. No prize substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Contest winnings will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and winner can expect to receive a 1099 tax form for prizes which total more than $600 for the year. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 6. GENERAL RULES: Potential winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 5 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Traveling companion must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 5 days of winner s attempted notification. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners names, Facebook names, Twitter handles, Instagram handles, and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, repetitive, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Entrants suspected of using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry and entries which subvert the entry process will be disqualified, at Sponsor s discretion. In the event a dispute arises between the entrant and the authorized Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account holder regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry will be declared made by the "authorized Twitter account holder, "authorized Instagram account holder, or authorized Facebook account holder who must meet all eligibility requirements. Entrants may be requested to provide Sponsor/judges with proof that entrant is the authorized account holder of the Twitter ID, Instagram handle or Facebook profile associated with the Submission. Any damage made to the web site by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized account holder of the Twitter ID, Instagram handle or Facebook account associated with the entry. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if he/she fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. 6 THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Cook County, Illinois, having jurisdiction.
