3 To become a instant Reseller of 7 Minute Workout you must pay a monthly fee of $ This monthly fee qualifies you to earn 2 ways in our compensation plan as explained further in this document.

4 100% Commissions (50% on direct sales and 50% matching check) on all product sales You In this referred example: Mary and Mary referred John. You directly referred Mary and Mary directly referred John.

5 You earned $1000 in direct sales commissions. As did Mary and John.

6 Mary has earned $1000 in direct sale commissions + $500 matching check from John s direct sales commissions

7 You earned $1000 in direct sales commissions + $750 matching check from direct sales and indirect sales commissions earned from Mary.

10 Binary Residual Compensation All Resellers will also earn in our binary residual compensation Each cycle will generate up to $20/cycle in residual commissions Binary commissions are generated from the $19.97 Reseller monthly fee

12 Binary Calculation 1. The system will calculate the total number of cycles earned based on total volume (e.g 10 cycles is 10x$20=$200) 2. The system will calculate and add extra cycles based on the increase of cycles from previous month. This is our no flushing calculation. (e.g 5 extra cycles earned since the increase in cycles from February (5 cycles) to March (10 cycles) 5x$20=$100 in extra cycles) 3. TOTAL binary commission earned in March would be $200 (cycle) + $100 (extra)= $300

13 Qualification 1) Maintain monthly Reseller fee with account in good standing 2) Have minimum of 2 direct referrals (1 placed in each leg- left and right) 3) Create a cycle (4 on power leg and 2 on weak leg) to earn binary residual commissions 4) Bring in another direct referral each month. Once you have reached 6 direct referrals, you qualify for life of commissions that those members are active

14 Holding Tank Any direct referrals you bring in that are active and become resellers, will go in your holding tank for placement in your organization. Customers not go in your holding tank. You have the advantage of maximizing your binary residual commissions You can use this as leverage to get on the phone with prospects Encourage Team Work * we always advise that you place members on the outside leg position.

15 Non Personal Sign-Ups These are members brought into your organization not directly by you. These are often members brought in by your upline (spillover) or can also be members brought in by your downline. Spillover is considered a gift and is never guaranteed. You do not have control over where non personal sign-ups will be placed in your organization. You will earn on volume of your organization once you have reached qualification to earn commissions. You will receive notification of non personal sign-ups upon the creation of an account. Sometimes this includes pending accounts. Pending accounts will only show at the bottom of the organization of the member who directly referred them to 7 Minute Workout.
