3 INTRODUCTION Aynuf Sdn Bhd is a privately-owned company started on a small scale at home since January 2006; producing food paste products and biscuits. We have expanded by acquiring a factory under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture, which is located at Lot 4, Bukit Merah Food Processing Zone, Permatang Pauh, Penang. This is an opportunity for the company to obtain business licenses, Halal certification, increase production capacity and expand the market. With this the company can convince distributors and wholesalers of Aynuf products. Malaysia, towards a developed country, is facing a challenge to produce nutritious, healthy, delicious and clean, and quality products. Aynuf Sdn Bhd sees this as the potential in food production. This pursuit Aynuf Sdn Bhd to venture into food industry; aim to produce products that truly meet the demand. Aynuf Sdn Bhd also looks at industrial relations with the environment and local communities where the company provides jobs and business opportunities. This in turn can expand our economy, particularly the state and nation as a whole. Aynuf Sdn Bhd makes an effort to provide better service for customers of all walks of life. Our strength is to produce a unique product on the market, especially paste fish paste, fried chicken / roast meat, curry and other vaste varieties of spices. The recipes are from family tradition over generations by maintaining the authenticity of the traditional taste. 3

First, the company will continue to improve and enhance the quality and safeguarding the quality of its products from time to time to meet the consumers needs. Second, the company is responsive of the consumers flavor and aroma. To meet it, we innovate products that are delicious and easy to use. This is an option for consumers to simplify and speed up the cooking activities. Third, out brand. The company solely focused on meeting market demands and customers are always happy to deal with us. This is to provide a greater confidence to customers to consume our products. Fourth, the company will expand the market to the whole country up to export markets with emphasis on the provision and supply the needs of the customer's request. 6 OPERATION Aynuf Sdn Bhd is ever mindful and take care of the product quality, cleanliness and guaranteed freshness. Thus, each of the process should be guided by procedures. This starts from the receipt of raw materials to the finished products. Processing is done by machine mainly cutter (vegetable cutter), slicer, blender, grinder, cooking cauldrons and sealer. At this time, the company has received Matching Grants MOA for high-capacity machines and semi-manual. This is to improve production quality and minimize energy and time. In addition, the company has managed to obtain Halal certification by JAKIM (Government Department issuing Halal certificate). 6

How to Grill : Cut open both sides of the fish. Apply the paste on the fish. Liner pan with aluminum foil or banana leave. Bake in the open until cooked. Ready to eat. Ingredients : Shallots, lemon grass, chili paste, spices, sugar, salt, food flavor, citric acid and permitted preservative salt. Serves 4 persons. Storage : Store at room temperature. Thus, we have strategized in short-term and long-term strategies, which consists of: a) Short-Term Marketing Plan Place the products at met markets and sundry shops. Appoint agents. Implrove the packaging and labeling qualities b) Long-Term Marketing Plan Place the products to hypermarkets and supermarkets. Market the products to wholesalers and distributors. Export markets. We have successfully completed the short-term marketing. We are in the long-term marketing plan. Other marketing and promotion efforts are: 1.
