Then Customer #1 receives 0% of Customer #2 s order in Reward Points. Customer Referral Bonuses are a great way to incentivize your Customers to refer new Customers to you, growing your PQV organically. Example: $100 order = 0 Rewards Points earned by Customer #1, and you ve added $100 to your PQV. Rewards Points can be applied toward product orders; 1 Reward Point = $1 value. RECOMMEND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS Becoming a Preferred Customer (PC) New Preferred Customer Receives One FREE Recovery with HydroFX, Alkaline Booster or Green Caps Point out to your Customers the Just $0 benefit of becoming Preferred To Join Customers, since all of the choices for free product have retail prices higher than the $0 fee to join the Preferred Customer club. 9 Compensation Plan Glossary 9 Glossary of Terms ACTIVE Global Associates are considered Active as long as they maintain 600 PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) every six months. If an Associate falls short of the required PQV, they are reassigned to Preferred Customer status with the annual renewal date remaining the same. ASSOCIATE (GLOBAL ASSOCIATE) A person or company who has filled out the SevenPoint2 LLC application, had their application approved, and is in the Genealogy. Global Associate is the first step in rank advancement. CUSTOMER A Customer can only be associated with one Associate and cannot receive commissions. There are Retail Customers and Preferred Customers (see definition). DOWNLINE The Associate(s) below another Associate in the Genealogy. GENEALOGY The tree-like structure of an organization with legs that indicate how deep an organization is and how wide an organization is with a rank structure. GROUP QUALIFYING VOLUME (GQV) Your personal sales volume sales volume of your downline sales volume of your Associates downline. LEG A leg is a portion of an Associate s organization, starting at one of their first-level Associates and encompassing their entire organization. If a Global Associate has 10 first-level Associates, they have 10 legs in the Enroller Tree. PERSONAL ENROLLER An Associate who personally sponsors a new Associate or personally enrolls a Customer. Enroller is also the term referring to a Global Associate who personally enrolls a Customer. PREFERRED CUSTOMER (PC) It s just $0 for a Customer to join the Preferred Customer club and receive a free Recovery, Booster, Curb, or Green Caps product. They receive the same choice of one free product upon annual renewal. A PC can receive a 50% discount on one product of their choice with their monthly Autoship order of $100 or more. PQV Your combined $ value of your personal purchases sales to retail customers and Preferred Customers in a calendar month. Note: After your first calendar month, only 250 PQV from your personal purchases count towards your total PQV. QUALIFYING VOLUME (QV) A separate value attached to each product or package that is used for determining all rank qualifications (usually the same as Associate price). RANK This is the level of achievement in the compensation plan that determines how much commission is paid and the specific commission bonuses the Associate is eligible to earn. Rank is determined by sales: Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV) and Group Qualifying Volume (GQV), as well as the personal and group volume of the Associates in your group. The ranks to qualify for your next title can be on any level of your organization. RETAIL PRICE (RP) The price of an item for Retail Customers.
10 Compensation Plan Glossary 10 Glossary of Terms AUTOSHIP A monthly recurring product order that automatically ships and is on automatic recurring payment. UPLINE This refers to the Associate(s) above a new or existing Associate in the Genealogy. VOLUME The value assigned to a product that is used to determine an Associate s rank qualifications in the compensation plan (Qualifying Volume or QV), or to determine the amount of commissions being paid on a product purchase (Commissionable Volume or CV). Qualifying volume and commissionable volume may not be the same value. COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME (CV) A value assigned to a product that determines the amount of commission paid when the product is sold by an Associate. PERSONAL QUALIFYING VOLUME (PQV) Qualifying sales volume from an Associate s personal orders and customer orders. This includes volume from product purchases made directly from the Company by an Associate s Retail and Preferred Customers. QUALIFYING VOLUME (QV) A value assigned to a product to determine the amount of qualifying volume on a product purchase. REWARD POINTS Reward points are redeemable for free product. One Reward Point is equal to $1 in value. Reward Points expire after 90 days. WHOLESALE PRICE (WP) The price of an item to Associates. GROUP QUALIFYING VOLUME (GQV) The total qualifying volume of a group of Associates that roll up to an Associate who has achieved a rank.
