2 ABOUT TUG TUG, The Users Group for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 100 Contractor & Sage Estimating is a membership-based, volunteerled and professionally managed not-for-profit organization committed to supporting the users of Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor & Sage Estimating software applications used by construction and real estate professionals to track their projects lifecycles. The guiding purpose of TUG is to connect members with others who use the software on a daily basis so that they can educate each other and exchange knowledge to find real-world solutions. We have members located all over the United States and Canada, as well as the Caribbean. TUG services users of all modules in Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor & Sage Estimating. Our members include owners, CEOs, CFOs, controllers, estimators and project managers, giving you an opportunity to get your products and services in front of the decision makers TUG REGIONAL WORKSHOP In addition to the annual National Users Conference each Spring, the Regional Workshop provides a more intimate, face-to-face educational opportunity to members. The 2-day workshop will be held October in Austin, Texas at the Hilton Austin and will be filled with sessions designed to make members more productive, an exhibitor showcase that will allow members to explore products and services geared toward them and countless opportunities to help them build a resource network. Sponsor name/logo to be displayed in Know Before You Go and on-site signage. Computer (Exclusive) $2,500 Sponsor the lab computers where your logo will display as the screen saver and wallpaper for lab computers in 3 classrooms. In addition, sponsor may supply mouse pads featuring company artwork* to accompany each lab computer and may keep the mouse pads after the Workshop or give them to attendees. WiFi Sponsor (Exclusive) $2,500 As the exclusive WiFi sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on on-site signage promoting the network access information plus you ll have the opportunity to customize the WiFi network name and password, dependent on the host hotel s parameters. Workshop Bags (Exclusive) $1,000 Imagine approaching the meeting space and seeing a sea of your logo. Sponsor the workshop bag and your logo will appear on the item that will be given to every attendee at registration and carried throughout the workshop. Bags are a fantastic reusable take home item as well. Sponsor to provide lanyards.* Water Bottle (Exclusive) $750 Water bottles are always desirable item at a conference in Texas and they are safer than the disposable cups for our lab rooms. Provide attendees with an item they will use throughout the workshop and beyond. There will be water stations throughout the meeting space for attendees to fill their bottles. 7 Terms & Conditions Through the submission of this contract for the 2017 TUG Regional Workshop, exhibitor and all tabletop staff agree to the following terms and conditions. Please contact the TUG show management with any questions. TUG reserves the right to cancel a contract or deny access to the conference to any exhibitor who fails to follow these rules. Note: For the purposes of this document, Show Management refers to The Users Group for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 100 Contractor & Sage Estimating and Meeting Expectations, their officers, directors, employees and agents. Venue refers to the Hilton Austin. Exhibit Space Agreement: By submitting the agreement for exhibit space, the exhibitor releases Show Management from any and all liabilities to exhibitor, its agents, licensees or employees that may arise as a result of submission of an agreement or participation in this exhibit. Acceptance of an agreement does not imply endorsement by Show Management of the exhibitor s products, nor does rejection imply lack of merit of product or manufacturer. Show Management has the sole right to determine eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the tradeshow. Show Management has the right to move any exhibitor s location in the exhibit hall for any reason. General Contractor: Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for their exhibit. Exhibitor understands that he/she must work with the show s Venue to obtain any necessary permits and to ensure booth meets Fire Marshall requirements. Non-compete Clause: Exhibitors must offer products / services that do not compete with the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 100 Contractor or Sage Estimating Software. Cancellation Policy: Ad cancellations cannot be accepted after September 1, Cancellations for exhibit space must be submitted in writing to administrator@tugweb.com or via fax to on or before September 1, 2017, to receive a 50% refund of the deposit. No refunds will be granted after September 1, Exhibit Space: All exhibit opportunities are on a first-come, first-served basis. Show sponsors will receive first choice of tabletop location. If exhibitor places floor displays behind the table, TUG and/or Venue reserve the right to ask Exhibitor to move table so that neither are blocking traffic patterns or event space. Decorations, signs, banners, etc., may not be taped, nailed, tacked, stapled or otherwise fastened to the permanent structure of the building. Helium balloons are not permitted within the facility. Adhesive-backed decals, stickers and paint are not to be used or distributed anywhere on the premises. Subletting of Space: Exhibitors may not assign, sublet or share any part of the space allotted to them, and may not advertise goods or services other than those manufactured or sold by them in the regular course of their business. Attendee List: Exhibitors will have access to the full list of workshop attendees that have given permission to distribute their contact information, upon request.

8 Set-Up and Dismantling of Tabletop: Exhibitors are required to adhere to set-up and dismantle times set by Show Management. Exhibits shall remain fully intact until the exhibit area has closed for the workshop. Each exhibiting company should have a representative present at the exhibit area throughout the exhibit hours and during the set-up and dismantling of their booth. Additional literature, product, storage crates or packing materials may be stored under your assigned table as long as there are no protruding items from the sides. Exhibitor is responsible for ensuring their area is free from any debris, etc., that could cause harm to a workshop attendee. Shipping: Exhibitors are responsible for the shipment and delivery of equipment and material with charges to be paid by the exhibitor. Shipments should arrive no sooner than the date designated in your exhibitor manual. Exhibitors are also responsible for arranging return shipments from the hotel and will be responsible for any storage, cleaning and shipping charges for materials left on the show floor after the conclusion of the event. Security: Show Management, Meeting Expectations and the Venue are not responsible for items taken from the exhibit spaces. We highly recommend your personnel remove all personal and valuable items such as laptops, etc., from your exhibit space each evening. Exhibitors are responsible for their items at all times. Exhibitor Registration: Exhibitor personnel are required to register online prior to the workshop in order to receive a badge to gain access to the exhibit area and other workshop activities. All exhibit table tops come with 1 complimentary registration for the workshop. Additional personnel may be registered under the applicable registration rate. Exhibitors will be ed a registration code for online registration. Indemnity: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify Show Management, the Venue, members, officers, directors, agents and employees of each of these entities and official general contractor against and hold them harmless for any claims arising out of the acts or negligence of the exhibitor, his agents, or employees, or out of labor disputes. Exhibitor further agrees to assume all risk and indemnify and hold harmless Show Management, the Venue, members, officers, directors, agents and employees of each of these entities and official general contractor from and against all claims, liability expenses and damages of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with damage to or loss of any property belonging to exhibitor or exhibitor s employees, agents, contractors, representatives, patrons and/or guests.
