1 RULES & REGULATIONS CONTEST DESCRIPTION AND PARTICIPATION: Contest Start Date: Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain 24 Days of Christmas Contest (the "Contest") will open for entries on Monday, November 27 th 2017, and prizes will start being awarded on Friday, December 1 st 2017 at 10:00 am EST. Contest Closing Date: The deadline for entering the Contest is Sunday, December 24 th 2017 at 9:00 am EST. Sponsor: The Contest Sponsor is Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain. By entering the Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations, and accept the decisions of the Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain and its agents as final and binding in all respects. GENERAL: ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. The contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age and place of residence may be required. This Contest is not open to employees of Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain its officers or employees, the sponsors and prize suppliers ( Promotional Parties ), its advertising and promotion agencies and their shareholders, directors, officers and employees nor any person who resides with any of these individuals. This Contest is void outside the jurisdiction listed above and where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. ENTRY: To participate in the Contest, participants must visit the contest posted on Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain s webpage to complete and submit an entry. All entries will be reviewed by Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain or its agent for eligibility. Entrants may only enter the contest once during the entire promotional period. Entrants can earn more chances to win by subscribing to the newsletter, referring-a-friend, or providing a short blurb (300 characters) of who they would give the additional gift card to and why. In the event it is discovered that a participant attempted to enter the Contest more than once, all of the participant s entries will be voided. All entries must be received by the Contest closing date.

2 DRAW: There are twenty-four (24) prizes available to be won. One prize will be awarded each day between December 1 st 2017 and December 24 th At 10:00 am on these specified days, The Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain or its agent will randomly select one (1) winner to win the correlating prize for that day. The winning entry will be awarded the prize, provided the entry is valid and meets all criteria outlined in the Rules and Regulations. No cash alternative will be made available. If a person wins a prize, they are not eligible to win additional prizes. WINNER: The selected winner each day will be contacted via phone number the provided at 10:00 am EST by Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain or their designated affiliated agent. The participant who is drawn at random will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question within a specified time. If the candidate responds incorrectly to this question, his/her entry will be rejected. If the winner is not reached on the first call, Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain or their affiliated agent will contact the winner for three (3) consecutive business days after the draw (dates outlined below). If the winner still cannot be contacted by 2:00 pm on the third business day, the prize will then be forfeited. By entering the Contest, you agree that if you are a selected winner that is disqualified and the prize is forfeited for any reason, the Contest Sponsor, agent and Promotional Parties shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. By entering the Contest, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, image, voice, likeness, city of residence and/or photographs without compensation in any publicity or advertising carried out in any medium worldwide by the Contest Sponsor, and Promotional Parties and/or its advertising or promotional agencies without limitation or further notification or compensation. Winners are encouraged to give one (1) of the two (2) gift cards to someone deserving of relaxation. There is no cash alternative to the gift cards. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any part of the prize is permitted except that the Contest Sponsor and Promotional Parties, in their sole discretion and subject to applicable law, reserve the right to substitute a prize or any portion thereof with something of equal or greater value. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate or suspend the Contest, or modify the Contest Rules and Regulations at any time. The prize may not be sold, transferred or assigned, and is not convertible to cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Other restrictions may apply. ODDS: The odds of being randomly selected to win a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the duration of the Contest Period.

5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Release: Contest Winner(s) shall be required to sign the Sponsor s Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver (in the form used as of the date of Contest entry, a copy of which may be obtained upon written request to the Sponsor) as a condition of being awarded the Prize. Individuals gifted the second prize shall also be required to sign the Sponsor s Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver (in the form used as of the date of Contest entry, a copy of which may be obtained upon written request to the Sponsor) as a condition of being chosen as the second Contest Winner when he or she collects or uses his or her Prize. The Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver will confirm that the Contest Winner(s) and Guest(s) comply with these Rules and Regulations and meet the eligibility requirements, that they accept the Prize and release and hold harmless Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain, its elected officials, officers, directors, and employees, its affiliated sponsors and prize suppliers, its advertising and promotion agencies, the Contest organizers, and their shareholders, officers, directors and employees, with respect to any injury, accident, loss or death related to any aspect of the Contest, the Prize and its use. After being contacted regarding the release and waiver by The Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain or its agent, the Winner(s) and the person they have gifted their second prize to will have up to three (3) business days after they have been sent the release and waiver to return the duly executed release form, submitting it by or mail, to Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain at either an address provided to the winner or 152 Grey Road 21, Blue Mountains, Ontario L9Y 0K8. Failing to do so will result in another participant being drawn at random and the original Winner and the person they have gifted their second prize to shall forfeit their claim to the prize and shall have no recourse against Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain or its agents, contest sponsors or promotional parties. Exclusion of Liability: Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain, its elected officials, officers, directors, and employees, its affiliated sponsors and prize suppliers, its advertising and promotion agencies, the Contest organizers, and their shareholders, officers, directors and employees, cannot be held responsible for any material, physical or emotional damage that can be linked in any way to the Prize awarded as part of the Contest. False Identity: The entry of any person using an assumed name, alias or false identity to participate in the Contest will be deemed null and void and, as such, may be disregarded by Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain. Incomplete entries and entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be automatically void. Errors: The Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain cannot be held responsible for any errors, incorrect or inaccurate transcription, or registration of Contest entry information, nor for technical difficulties due to a server, network, hardware or software failure, a transmission problem or a loss of data or documents sent by participants. If a

6 participant is randomly chosen during the Draw due to a system error, malfunction or defect, the Prize at issue may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another participant. Personal Information: Subject to the aforementioned, personal information gathered in the context of the Contest will not be used by Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain except for the purpose of administering and conducting the Contest, and for no other purpose without consent, unless the person chooses to opt-in to receive further communication. In supplying this information, participants consent to Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain s use of all such information for the purposes indicated above. TAXES: If applicable, the Winner is responsible for reporting any taxable benefits as a result of winning this Contest to relevant tax authorities. LEGAL COMPLIANCE: This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The entrant s personal phone number and will be used for the sole purpose of contacting the winner, unless the entrant opts in to receive further future communication from the Contest Sponsor. The winner s personal information will be used in accordance with the contest Rules and Regulations.
