Add, Change and Maintain Rewards customer records using Quick Add Use the Point of Sale features to post a TVR sale. Activate and maintain promotions. Review TVR related reports.

41 When adding a new customer Enter as much information as you can! At a minimum include; Name (use all CAPS) Address City State Zip Phone Birth Month Remember: This information is required for your customer to receive coupons, mailers and information that will bring them back to your store!

42 Adding a new customer from Quick Add From Header Menu select 8 Add/Change Enter Information as shown, press Add Security Bits 314 & 315 Required to modify Loyalty Information

43 Make sure the address is updated IF Contact field is blank, be sure that Authorized Name matches Name field Contact field when used should match the Authorized Name field AND the Name field NOTE: Option 9139 if set to Yes will automatically fill the Authorized Name Field with the customer Name
