3 Income Disclosure September 2017 The Heart & Body Naturals ( HBN ) Income Opportunity is an exciting opportunity that rewards you for referring our products and for sponsoring other participants who do the same. Although the opportunity is unlimited, individual results will vary depending on market conditions, commitment levels, and sales skills of each participant. Since HBN has recently launched, it lacks enough statistical data to prepare reliable income disclosures. The numbers below reflect estimates prepared by the company pending a more detailed survey to be conducted after its first year. Based on industry standards and company projections, the average annual gross revenue for Heart & Body Naturals is projected to be anywhere between $500 and $2,000. This projected average income does not reflect the expenses associated with building an HBN business, as promotional and other miscellaneous expenses could exceed the commissions received. These income projections should not be considered as guarantees or projections of your actual earnings or profits. Success with HBN results only from hard work, dedication, and leadership. 5 Dual Infinity Plan 4 How The Dual Infinity Plan Works Our exclusive Dual Infinity Plan is another way we are different. How it works is that everyone has 2 business centers directly below them, one on the left and one on the right. As you share with others, you can place them on either your left or right team. New members can also be placed in your team by your enroller or by other members above you in your support team. When someone is placed below you they are in your Matrix & Binary team where you can qualify to earn commissions in two ways. 6 Seven Ways To Earn 5 Direct Selling Done Right Unlike other Direct Selling companies that require an active account, personal purchases, and rank qualifiers to earn commissions or bonuses, as a Heart & Body Naturals Consultant you can earn commissions and bonuses on retail and wholesale purchases of those you personally refer without any qualifiers other than having a free account. We believe if you sell products you should earn commissions on those products without any qualifiers. I created a free account and shared the products on my Facebook. Several of my friends also created free wholesale accounts and ordered. I was shocked to learn I had made $ without making any personal purchases! 7 Heart & Body Naturals Incentive Plan 6 Minimum Income Guarantee (MIG) The Minimum Income Guarantee (MIG) Bonus is another first in the Direct Selling industry! We guarantee that when you meet specific rank levels and Personal Group Volume (PGV) sales amounts that you will earn a Minimum Income Guaranteed (MIG) that month. 1. The MIG Bonus pays you the difference between your combined compensation and the MIG for your qualified rank and PGV that month. If your compensation is greater than the MIG no bonus is paid. Example: If you have the Executive MIG qualifiers (rank and PGV) met at the close of October, and your total compensation during October is $420.00, your MIG Bonus would be $80.00, the difference between your MIG of $ and your earned compensation of $ The MIG Bonus is paid on the 10 th of the month following the first complete calendar month after you achieve the MIG qualified rank. Example: You achieve the MIG qualified rank of Platinum on January 10 th. The first complete calendar month following your promotion is February. As long as you continue to be qualified at Platinum or above and meet the required PGV in February, your first bonus will be paid on March 10 th. 3. All MIG Bonuses are paid monthly. As a qualified VIP Consultant, the Customer Sales Bonus (CSB) on the three Value Packs sold will retroactively triple once the third sale is made. As a VIP Consultant you will continue to earn, for life, triple CSB commissions on each qualified Value Pack you sell to personally enrolled Customers and Consultants. Commissionable Volume (CV): The international currency attached to every product. When product is sold, volume is generated. Earning qualification, commissions, and bonuses are directly related to volume. Fifty percent (50%) of the Commissionable Volume on Customer Sales Bonus (CSB) eligible orders will be placed in your Dual Infinity Matrix & Binary Team Volume. Consultant: Someone who has completed a free online enrollment, has 25 Personal Sales Volume (PSV), and one active personally enrolled customer. Dynamic Compression: At the close of a month all accounts that have 25 PSV will compress (move) above accounts that do not yet have 25 PSV. Accounts without 25 PSV will be placed back into the organization in the next open spot. Once an account has been compressed it will not have the ability to earn on the volume of accounts compressed above it. Executive Consultant: An Executive Consultant is someone who is active and has two personally enrolled active customers, with one placed on the left leg and one placed on the right leg. Generation: A Generation is when someone is tied to you through personal enrollment. For example, you enroll John. He is your 1 st Generation. John enrolls Sue. She is your 2 nd Generation. The Heart & Body Naturals Incentive Plan pays up to 3 Generations of Customers Sales Bonus and up to 7 Generations of Binary Match Commissions. Matrix: Type of Incentive Plan that has a set width and depth. It is by this width and depth that Consultants are paid. Personal Group Volume (PGV): The total of commissionable volume under your personally enrolled. Personal Sales Volume (PSV): Combined total of personal purchases + new (previous 31 days) Retail and Wholesale Customer purchases. Personal Volume (PV): Combined total of personal purchases + new (previous 31 days) Retail Customer purchases. Team Commission: When you have 200 CV on your left and 200 CV on your right, you cycle and earn a Team Commission of 4%, 8%, or 12%.

31 How Commissions & Bonuses Are Paid 30 Earnings are automatically deposited to your e-wallet immediately when earned. You can withdraw them to your PayQuicker account at any time. PayQuicker withdrawal requests are processed daily at 1:00 pm EST. If you do not make a withdrawal request, a request will automatically be processed every Friday at 1:00 pm EST. When your first withdrawal is made your PayQuicker account will be created. You will receive an with instructions to complete the account setup. Once completed, your Green Organics, LLC Family of Companies PayQuicker debit card will be ordered and paid for by Heart & Body Naturals parent company, Green Organics, LLC.
