3 CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. All interested purchasers are requested to view the items as per the dates shown above and verify their respective details as these are not warranted by neither the Auctioneer nor KeNHA as the items are being offered for sale As-is-where-is basis. 2. For Headquarters, Lower Eastern, Upper Eastern, South Rift and Western items shall be viewed As-is-where-is and actual auction shall be done in a different region as indicated above. 3. All the interested purchasers will be required to pay a deposit of Kshs. 50, for the motor vehicles on auction and other items a deposit of Kshs.5, to get a bidding number. 4. Where the bid price is lower than the deposit price, the bidder will be refunded the difference between the bid price and the deposit amount on presentation of receipt. However, where the bid price is higher than the deposit, the bidder will need to pay not less than 25% of the total value of the item at the fall of the hammer. 5. The Balance must be paid within 14 days failure to which the award will be cancelled and both the deposit and amount paid at the fall of the hammer forfeited. 6. Where a bidder has not won,the deposit will be refunded. 7. Catalogues containing details of items to be sold are on sale from the KeNHA cash offices in all respective stations at a non-refundable fee of kshs or download the catalogue from KeNHA Website ( supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge. 7. Sale will be subject to the reserve price. 8. All purchased items shall be paid for and collected from respective KeNHA premises, within 14 days from the date of the auction failure to which, the bidders shall forfeit the bid deposits and items offered to the second highest bidder subject to reserve price. 8. Viewing will be done between 9:00am to 4:00pm week days only at the Specified viewing Centers indicated above. 10.With Exception of Motor vehicles all the other items will be sold per lot as indicated in the catalogue. 11.
