ELIGIBILITY: The TA Operating LLC dba Minit Mart Text the Sweepword Giveaway (the Sweepstakes ) is open to legal residents of the United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older, excluding residents of FL & NY. Employees, directors and officers of TA Operating LLC (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising/promotion agencies and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse and "step" of each) and members of the same household of each such person are not eligible to enter or win. Game is void in FL, NY, outside the United States and where prohibited. SWEEPSTAKES STRUCTURE: Sweepstakes consists of two (2) components: (a) a Random Drawing and (b) an Instant Win Game. HOW TO ENTER: You may participate in the Sweepstakes (entering the Random Drawing and playing the Instant Win Game) via the following methods: A. Between May 15, 2017 at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ( ET ) and June 11, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, contestants can text the weekly Sweepword to to enter the Random Draw and earn one (1) Instant Win Game play. The Sweepword is the word of the week that is located inside all participating TA Operating LLC Minit Marts. You will receive one (1) Random Drawing entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play only if the correct and complete Sweepword for the corresponding week is provided in your text message. (A week begins on Monday and ends the following Sunday.) By entering via text, you agree to receive up 4 autodialed text messages per month on behalf of the Sponsor about the Sweepstakes and deals and coupons. Text STOP to to stop receiving texts (a confirmation text will be sent) or call Text HELP to for help. Consent to receive text messages is not required or a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates apply. You may be charged by your wireless carrier in conjunction with participating in the Sweepstakes. Box 6299, Villa Park, IL Post cards must be postmarked by June 12, 2017 and received by June 19, For the Instant Win Game, Sponsor will play for eligible contestants who mail in a valid postcard. Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to play for mailin contestants (9:00 a.m. EST 5:00 p.m. EST) on day of receipt of postcard, subject to Sponsor s receipt and processing of postcards. For postcards received on Saturday/Sunday/Holiday, game play will take place on next business day, subject to processing. If a mail-in contestant s game play is a winner, he/she will be notified by Sponsor and receive corresponding offer code via (if provided) and/or mail (method[s] of notification being in Sponsor s sole discretion). Mail-in contestants who do not win a prize in the Instant Win Game will NOT be notified. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, mis-delivered, postage due, illegible,incomplete or late entries. No duplicate or reproduced postcards will be accepted. There is a limit of one (1) entry/game play per day regardless of method of participation utilized. ( Day is defined as 12:00:00 a.m. ET 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for May 15, 2017 which begins at 9:00:00 a.m. ET.) Use of programmed, automated or like means of participation is prohibited and will result in voiding of entry/game play and disqualification from Sweepstakes. GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING--WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Prize winners will be selected in a random computer drawing on

3 or about June 19, 2017, under the supervision of the Sponsor. Prize winner will be notified, via phone call based on the information provided when they entered the Sweepstakes, approximately five (5) days following selection. (Specific method[s] of winner notification are of Sponsor s sole choosing.) TA Operating LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within indicated time period, or fails to timely return a completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release as may be required by Sponsor within the stated timeframe, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected (from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Random Drawing.) Odds of winning the Random Draw depend upon the number of eligible entries received. INSTANT WIN GAME- WINNER SELECTION: Sponsor has randomly preseeded winning times and has randomly assigned an Instant Win Prize to each such winning time. The first person who plays the Instant Win Game (either via text or via mail-in with Sponsor playing on entrant s behalf) at or after a winning time on a given day is a prize winner subject to verification of eligibility/compliance with these Official Rules and validation of game play (if participating via text). If you play a winning play in the Instant Win Game, you will be notified via a phone call. To receive Instant Win Prize, text participant must complete prize claim procedure immediately following winner notification. Screen shots or other alleged proof of winning game play will NOT be accepted in place of timely and proper completion of the prize claim procedure. Failure to complete prize claim procedure within indicated time period will result in prize forfeiture. UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED INSTANT WIN PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the order in which such entries are received In the event that due to programming, electronic, technological or other errors of any kind, more than the number of Instant Win Prizes allotted to each week of the Sweepstakes between May 15, 2017 and June 11, 2017 are claimed by eligible contestants, only the allotted number of Instant Win Prizes for such affected week(s) will be awarded by means of a random drawing from among all eligible contestants legitimately claiming Instant Win Prizes for such affected week[s] (excluding those Instant Prizes previously awarded by Sponsor.) Sponsor s decisions are final in all respects with respect to winner selection. 5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. By participating, entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold Sponsor and Robust Promotions LLC (the Administrator ), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their

4 respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the Released Parties ) as well as the representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors of any of the preceding organizations, from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries/text messages/postcards, regardless of cause. TA Operating LLC makes no representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding the Random Drawing Prizes offered in the Sweepstakes. Entrants acknowledge that participating in the Sweepstakes, (a) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys fees and court costs By entering the Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to the use of their names, addresses, voices, and statements relating to the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or the Released Parties in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law. You are not a winner until your eligibility has been verified, and it is determined that you have complied with all terms of these Official Rules. If due to a production or other error there are more prize claims than prizes stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing may be held among all eligible claimants in such prize category to award only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. Under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes set forth herein be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof), should any technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Game or he/she is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 5 INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. For the avoidance of doubt, unauthorized publication or sharing of Sweepword violates the preceding provision as it undermines the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By participating, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Westlake, Ohio. Any failure to enforce any term, condition or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term, condition or provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor s employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.
