2 Travel Club Membership 4. Can anyone become a Member of Chan Brothers Travel Club? Anyone can enroll as Member. However, all transactions carried out by Members under 18 years of age require consent from their parents or guardians. 5. Do I need to pay for membership? No, enrolment is free! 6. How do I become a Member of Chan Brothers Travel Club? a) Sign up at Chan Brothers Travel retail outlets. b) Sign up at with Chan Brothers Travel Club 7. Will my Chan Brothers Travel Club membership expire? No, membership at Chan Brothers Travel Club does not expire. 8. Do I have to be a Singaporean to be a Member? No, this membership is not restricted to Singaporeans. 9. Are there different tiers of membership? No, there is only one tier at this moment. Accessing Travel Club Member Portal 10. What should I do if I cannot log in to my account or have forgotten my username/password? Your login is your NRIC or passport number@travel.club if you still cannot log in, or you can refer to the followings: a) Click Forgot username/password? at the login section. b) Send us an travelclub@chanbrothers.com.sg c) Visit Chan Brothers Travel retail outlets to reset your username/password at 150 South Bridge Road #01-09 (China) #01-12 (Asia) #07-01 (Others) Fook Hai Building Singapore Why do I still receive e-newsletter after I un-subscribed it? The Travel Club subscription and ENEWS subscription are two separate subscriptions. So, opting-out from receiving Marketing Message in the Member Portal does not automatically opt-out of ENEWS subscription. If you have subscribed to ENEWS, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the ENEWS or by sending an to us at travelclub@chanbrothers.com.sg. Earning Reward Points 2

3 12. How do I earn Reward Points? You earn Reward Points when: a) Sign up as a Member. b) Make an eligible booking at Chan Brothers Travel retail outlets. 13. How many Reward Points do I earn for each booking? For every S$1 spent, you will earn 1 Reward Point (Decimal places value will not counted). For example, an eligible booking of value S$ will earn 888 Reward Points; an eligible booking of value S$ will earn 2888 Reward Points. 14. Will my Reward Points expire? All earned Reward Points expire 2 years from the date of accrual. Reward Points will not be reinstated or extended under any circumstances once expired. For example, 50 Reward Points credited to an account on July 2017, will expire on July When are Reward Points credited into my account? Reward Points are credited into your account within 2 calendar weeks after fulfillment of the eligible booking, i.e. after you complete your tour. 16. How do I transfer Reward Points between accounts? Member can nominate one (1) individual (but not a corporation or legal entity) as your redemption nominee who means that you can transfer your reward point to him/ her. Transferred point is non-revisable. 17. Is the nomination free? How often can I change the nominee? Adding nominee is free and you can change the nominee at your preferences. Member will be responsible to add the nominee by inputting the nominee member ID and related info via the member portal. The company will not provide any member information to enable the nominee search. 18. Why are taxes, insurance purchase, credit card charges, administrative charges and penalty charges not included in Reward Points awarded? Taxes, insurance purchase, credit card charges, administrative charges and penalty charges are usually collected on behalf of our partners and therefore, not included in Reward Points awarded. 19. Are all bookings from Chan Brothers Travel eligible for earning of Reward Points? No, eligible booking means any booking of Chan Brothers Travel s products, including but not limited to tour packages, cruise packages, air tickets and/or accommodations booked through Chan Brothers Travel that is completed by the Member, with the exception of excluded bookings. 3

4 Excluded Booking means any air tickets and/or accommodations booking through Retail Ticketing Department, corporate travel, MICE and wholesales booking of Chan Brothers Travel as well as affiliate companies booking or any other booking for which the Company does not receive a fee (i.e. insurance). Bookings made during the following events and/or under the following conditions are not be eligible for earning of Reward Points, as specified by Chan Brothers Travel from time to time: a) Chan Brothers Travel Fair b) Travel Revolution Fair c) Other travel fair as specified from time to time d) Industry discount e) Agency discount f) Special tickets 20. How do I ensure that Reward Points are credited into my account? 1. You can go to Account section and check that you Reward Points have been awarded. 2. Next, you can go to Redemption to check your final balance of Reward Points 21. Can I earn all Reward Points if I pay for my family or friends? No, Reward Points earned from eligible bookings are equally credited to individual Member s accounts, regardless of the difference in value booked by different travellers in the group or who is paying. If you do not wish to equally credit Reward Points to different travellers in the group, you may separate the bookings accordingly at the time of booking. Using Reward Points 22. What can I use Reward Points for? Reward Points are used to: a) partially offset deductible invoiced amount of new eligible bookings of the Member only at Chan Brothers Travel retail outlets via Reward Voucher(s); or b) redeem any Travel Club Privileges 23. Why can t I redeem my Reward Points? Please check that you have the sufficient number of Reward Points to redeem the Reward Voucher(s) or any Travel Club rewards. If you still face difficulties in redemption, send us travelclub@chanbrothers.com.sg. 24. Can I combine Rewards Points with other Members? No, only individual persons are eligible for the Travel Club membership and each Member may maintain only one account. Therefore, Reward Points cannot be combined. 4

5 Reward Voucher 25. How long is my Reward Voucher(s) valid for? Reward Voucher(s) will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and be considered void at the end of the 6 months. 26. I made a booking using my Reward Voucher(s) and would like to cancel it. Can my Reward Voucher(s) be re-issued? If you cancel a booking and part of the payment is paid using Reward Voucher(s), you need to send us an with a written request for Reward Voucher(s) reissuance. The Reward Voucher(s) re-issuance is subject to approval by us. 27. My booking partially paid with Reward Voucher(s) was cancelled by Chan Brothers Travel. Can my Reward Voucher(s) be re-issued? If any booking partially paid with Reward Voucher(s) is cancelled by Chan Brothers Travel, a new Reward Voucher(s) of the same value will be automatically re-issued to your account. The new Reward Voucher(s) will be valid for 6 months from date of issue and be considered void at the end of the 6 months. 28. Can I use my Reward Voucher(s) to offset my entire booking? The maximum offset value is limited to 10% of the value of your new eligible bookings only at Chan Brothers Travel retail outlets. Taxes, travel gift voucher purchase, insurance purchase, credit card charges, administrative charges, penalty charges or the like are not eligible for offset. 29. Can I use my Reward Voucher(s) for friends and family? Reward Voucher(s) can only be used to partially offset deductible invoiced amount of member s new eligible bookings at Chan Brothers Travel retail outlets only and member must be one of the traveller(s) of the new booking. 30. How many Reward Points I need to accumulate to redeem something? For other Travel Club rewards, go to Redemption Catalogue tab for full redemption catalogue and Reward Points requirement. 31. What are the Terms and Conditions for Reward Vouchers? You may refer to the wwww.chanbrothers.com/travelclub for more details. 5
