3 Two years ago, I was running one of the top-performing real estate teams in the country. Under my direction, our sales grew by almost 600%, realizing $107M in annual revenue and closing over 400 homes a year. The growth was thrilling - staggering and it completely overwhelmed our team s ability to adequately measure, report on, and scale our success. I experienced firsthand the challenges of managing a business with exponential growth.
