3 Two years ago, I was running one of the top-performing real estate teams in the country. Under my direction, our sales grew by almost 600%, realizing $107M in annual revenue and closing over 400 homes a year. The growth was thrilling - staggering and it completely overwhelmed our team s ability to adequately measure, report on, and scale our success. I experienced firsthand the challenges of managing a business with exponential growth. At national conferences and trade shows, I met other top producers and discovered we shared the same pain points. I had hoped that through networking, I would learn about a solution that the rest of the industry was already using to tackle these issues. Bewildered to find that no single, comprehensive software platform existed, I set out to design and develop a custom application based on my own systems, reports, and standards. Seeking the opinions and advice of a few leaders in the industry quickly led to a large-scale collaboration with the top real estate teams and coaches in the country. 11 Lending Partnership Management Add your lenders as full users in the system to assign them specific lead sources or all sources depending on how you manage your business. 42 Reporting Return on Investment (ROI) is often miscalculated by comparing how much was spent on leads and how much was made in a given month. Since the majority of leads take over a month from contact to close, the leads you re counting in June may have come from the $300 you spent on PPC in April, rather than the $500 you spent on PPC in June.
