All the dcuments shuld be submitted in a prper manner with Index fr easy identificatin and evaluatin. 5. Vendrs t submit dcuments/infrmatin t satisfy BPCL requirements and shuld als be in a psitin t prduce further infrmatin as and when required by BPCL. 6. Any vendr can participate in the EOI prcess. Hwever, nly vendrs,qualifying the PreQualificatin Critiera mentin in this bid will be registered. BPCL s decisin n any matter regarding registratin f vendrs shall be final and binding. 7. Indian agent/stckist/dealer/channel partner f freign vendr(s) can als submit the EOI dcuments in their name with prper/valid authrizatin frm the Principal freign vendr.

5 8. BPCL will evaluate the prpsal based n data / dcuments prvided by vendr and data/ infrmatin available with BPCL. Vendrs may be enlisted based n the technical dcuments, cmpetency fr supply f equipments, credential f the vendr presented in the EOI dcuments. 9. Vendrs may be required t make a detailed presentatin/demnstratin at ur ffice in Mumbai after scrutiny f the dcuments submitted by them. 10. BPCL at its discretin reserves the right t verify/re-verify the infrmatin submitted and inspect the vendr facilities t cnfirm the data submitted/ capabilities. 11. BPCL reserves the right t reject any /all applicatins withut assigning any reasn theref including but nt limited t n accunt f incmplete infrmatin, past perfrmance with the ther cmpanies etc. 12. Respnse frm any party t this advertisement desn t entitle them fr receipt f tender enquiry fr prcurement at a later date. Limited tenders will be flated t the registered vendrs fr the equipments, wh are technically cmpetent fr BPCL requirement. 13. Subsequent t this registratin, BPCL shall invite all the bids nline frm the registered vendrs thru e-tender rute, as and when required. Thse tenders shall have t be digitally signed with a class IIB r abve digital signature by the authrized signatry. Therefre, as a pre-requisite fr participatin in the tenders, vendrs shall be required t btain a valid Digital Certificate f Class IIB and abve as per Indian IT Act frm the licensed Certifying Authrities perating under the Rt Certifying Authrity f India (RCIA), Cntrller f Certifying Authrities (CCA). Brief f Prject: Rural Marketplace (RMP) BPCL is lking t transfrm its rural tuch pints int bustling market places, s as t meet the cmmercial as well as cmmunity needs f rural ppulatin with the use f technlgy, while utilizing a lcalized assistance. We invite Expressin f Interest fr prspective vendrs fr cnducting end t end custm implementatin fr Rural Marketplace which will have integratin with ther applicatins and tls and will be implemented in tw phases: Phase 1: Develping an Integrated Rural Marketplace prtal having integratins with Third Party APIs Phase 2: Wallet/System f Recrds creatin/integratin BPCL will need ne integrated prtal (website as well as mbile app) and additinal administrative mdules including an admin prtal t track all the transactins and generate the requisite MIS. 3. Objectives This Expressin f Interest (EOI) dcument cntains the fllwing high level activities that need t be perfrmed by the prspective vendrs.

7 Purpse: End t end implementatin which will cntain the fllwing wrks but nt limited t: Requirement gathering: T study the end t end business prcesses and draw the Business Prcess Flw Diagram s that the same can be realized by the develper This shuld cntain dcumentatin and prcess diagram shwing data flw acrss multiple systems. Prper Use Cases shuld be develped t understand the varius actins perfrmed by the stakehlders f the applicatin. Shuld cntain varius reprting MIS and Dashbard specificatins List f interface alng with data flw map t be a sub-set f the abve dcument, with Surce/ Target/ Cntents & Frequency f data interchange etc. (The detailed slutins/technical specs can be wrked ut during implementatin) T-be Slutin dcumentatin: T liaise with individual business stakehlders and understand the requirements f the prcess which needs t be cnfigured in the system and cnvert the same t technical deliverables in the frm f T-be prcess maps and slutin dcumentatin. Realizatin: The requirements gathered as part f the business prcess flw maps need t be cnfigured as the ut f bx slutin and fr the ne which will nt be pssible in standard will have t be custmized s as t meet the requirement and t be implemented in the system. Designing the UI/UX f the system. Interactive wire-framing & creative designing needed. This will als require use f Technlgy Stack which is given in this dcument which wuld be used during the realizatin f this Prject. Testing: Varius types f testing needs t be cmpleted in the prcess (nt limited t) - Unit testing t be dne while ding develpment (making Prper Unit Test Cases)

8 Integratin testing t be dne while develping interfaces fr integrating with Third Party APIs/systems. UAT User acceptance testing by the business users s as t fulfil all business prcess scenaris Stress Testing -- s as t ensure the applicatin and system meets the necessary Scalability requirements. VA/PT S as t ensure that the cdes written passes the vulnerability assessment and penetratin testing Data migratin/data Entry Script preparatin and its subsequent testing. 11 1.0) PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA A) The Bidder shall be an established registered cmpany under the Cmpanies Act, 1956 updated as n date and shuld have their registered ffice in India frm the date f publicatin f this advertisement. The cmpany must be registered with apprpriate authrities fr all applicable statutry duties / taxes. (Bidder t prvide the cmpany Incrpratin Certificate). B) Wrk Experience: The bidder shuld have the experience f having successfully cmpleted similar wrks during last 5 years as n , and the value f such wrk shuld be nt less than Rs. 52 lacs.
