3 Who We Are StubHub, an ebay company, is the world s largest ticket marketplace, where fans can safely buy and sell tickets to tens of thousands of sports, concerts, theater, and other live entertainment events Every ticket is backed by our FanProtect Guarantee Buyers will receive tickets that are authentic and valid for entry. The tickets they receive will be comparable to, or better than, what was purchased or they can have their money back Sellers will not be contacted directly by a buyer or prospective buyer. They can adjust their ticket prices at any time to reflect market value and will receive payment for all orders they confirm and fulfill The pillars of our business are choice, access, and service and we serve fans first and foremost, because we are fans StubHub is NOT a primary ticket provider or a ticket broker StubHub does not own any inventory or set any prices, we are simply a marketplace for buyers and sellers It is free to post tickets on StubHub StubHub takes a 15% commission if tickets sell Stubhub charges the buyer a 10% buy fee ($5 minimum plus delivery) 3

6 Signing In and My Account Register for an account if you do not already have one The My Account section allows you to access and filter all your ticket orders, track your sales, access your payment options, and more. 6

7 Listing Tickets in StubHub Flow Choose the event you have tickets for and click Sell 7

9 Sports Listing Options: Manual Delivery For Manual Delivery options, you get paid after you have delivered the tickets to the buyer UPS You list your tickets with UPS as the delivery option Listings stay up on the site until three business days (72 hours) prior to the game StubHub will send you an as soon as the tickets sell To complete the sale, Stubhub will give you a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label to ship the tickets to the Buyer PDF You can choose this option if the tickets originated as PDF files you cannot create your own PDF You list tickets with PDF as the delivery option without uploading the PDF files Listings stay up on the site until 48 hours prior to the game Buyer orders tickets. You return to StubHub.com to confirm the order and upload the PDF files LMS (Last Minute Services) You drop off tickets at one of our LMS locations You can drop your tickets off at any time When there is only 72 hours left before the game, LMS becomes a delivery option in the sell flow that replaces UPS LMS team approves the tickets and LMS becomes a delivery option for the Buyer Buyer picks up his/her tickets at our LMS location 9

11 Sports Listing Options: PDF Instant Download If you list for PDF, you have another delivery option: Instant Download. You upload your PDF files at list. Ticket listings will stay up 30 minutes after the event begins Buyer purchases tickets and is able to access the PDF tickets in Buyer s account immediately This option is most attractive to buyers because they get their tickets immediately upon purchase This option is most attractive to sellers because you get paid upon the buyer s purchase since you have already uploaded the PDF files 11

18 Concert Sell Flow When selling a concert ticket* at Staples Center the sell flow will look a little bit different. StubHub is integrated with AXS and we offer barcode cancel/re-issue for AXS ticket types. Because we are NOT integrated with Ticketmaster there is a little different process in order to post and sell those tickets. The following slides will show how to post both types of tickets (AXS and Ticketmaster). *Some sports like the Harlem Globetrotters will also be AXS ticketed at the Staples Center 18

19 Concert Listing Options: AXS Tickets Manual Delivery Lists tickets for an event without entering Barcodes; listing expires 48 hours before event Buyer orders tickets - Seller returns to StubHub.com to confirm order and Enter barcodes Barcode information sent to AXS, validated, original barcodes cancelled, new barcodes/tickets generated and sent to StubHub buyer Tickets are available for download in SH account within 48 hours of ordering tickets Instant Download Seller enters barcodes at list ticket listing is extended to expire 30 minutes after the event start time Barcode information sent to AXS: validated and locked Buyer orders tickets - original barcodes cancelled, new barcodes/tickets generated and sent to StubHub buyer Order is automatically confirmed Reissued tickets are instantly available for download within buyer SH account seller does not need to confirm order 19

20 Concerts: AXS Tickets When posting an AXS ticket, enter the barcodes now. This option is most attractive to buyers, it allows you to have your listing up on the site until 30 minutes after the event, and you will get paid upon the tickets being purchased 20

22 Concerts: Entering AXS Barcodes Enter your barcodes. AXS barcodes are 14 digits long - enter all the digits including zeros After entering the barcodes, you are all set! Once your tickets sell, you will receive an from StubHub saying that you have sold your tickets and the tickets have been delivered. NOTE: Once the tickets are listed on Stubhub, you will NOT be able to transfer or re-issue that ticket until you delete the listing in My Account 22

23 Concerts: Ticketmaster Tickets If you have a Ticketmaster ticket at Staples Center, barcode cancel/re-issue function is not available. Under Ticket Delivery, choose: No I ll wait until I receive a buyer s order to enter barcodes If you choose the wrong option, don t worry! You will be prompted towards the right option later on in the sell flow 23

24 Concerts: Ticketmaster Tickets (cont.) Enter your ticket details and set your price as you would normally The process changes here. When this ticket sells the following will take place. You will receive an asking you to enter your barcodes in order to deliver the tickets. You will enter the 12 digit barcode that is printed on the Ticketmaster ticket. This barcode will trigger an error message. Don t worry! Our support team will contact you and help you deliver the ticket to the buyer. You will not be penalized and will be paid after you fulfill the order 24

27 My Account: Management Tips Check My Account regularly to manage your listings and sales: 1. Check to see if your tickets sold 2. Upload PDFs or print shipping labels for orders 3. Delete or deactivate your listings 4. Keep track of your payments Prevent RATG: Rejected at the Gate is when a buyer is unable to get into an event because his tickets are invalid or because the barcodes have already scanned in. Here s what you can do to help prevent these situations: 1. Make sure your seats are only listed once 2. To fulfill with PDFs, your ticket must have originated as a PDF 3. Do not make duplicate tickets 4. If you ve decided to use the tickets or give them away, make sure your listing is deleted on Stubhub.com 27
