2 Glossary Explanation of terms and abbreviations Distributor (Active) A distributor that has gathered 1 personal customer and is paying SBT. Qualified Distributor An active distributor that has gathered 4 personal customers. AMV The Available Margin Volume The amount allocated to products for commission purposes Allocated Commission The percentage of commission paid from each level in your team. Autoship Automated monthly commitment to purchase products. CGB Customer Gathering Bonus Paid for the gathering of a brand new customer on Sizzling Minerals autoship. CGTB Customer Gathering Trainer Bonus Paid to the recruiter of a distributor for helping and training them to gather 2 personal customers on Sizzling Minerals autoship within 60 days of joining. FSB Fast Start Bonus Paid for the gathering of 6 personal customers on Sizzling Minerals autoship within 60 days of joining. Personal Customer A unique customer personally recruited with a PV of 100 or more. Group Customer A unique customer recruited by a downline team member with a PV of 100 or more. SBT Simply Business Tools See SBT page for full details. Level The number of layers of team members and their sales beneath you in your downline structure. YOU are level one. PV Points Value Points values are for qualification purposes only and each product will be assigned a points value. Residual Income Passive income received on a monthly basis, with little or no effort required to maintain it. 2

14 Customer Gathering Bonus This is paid to a Distributor for getting a new customer when they first buy Sizzling Minerals in month 1* (Customer must be on monthly Sizzling Minerals autoship) NOTES : Affiliates get 5.00 in month 1 If Customer has paid trial order price of 19.97, then 5 is paid out not 10 in month 1 14

15 Monthly Customer Residual Income This is paid to you every month when your customer s monthly payments are received Example: One month Sizzling Minerals Autoship 2.25 Minimum per Month Up to 5.00 per Month ( Affiliate earns 50% of above ) 15

16 Fast Start Bonus Get Just 6 customers in 60 Days of Joining and Get Add this to your 6 x 10 CGB and you ve got (Customer must be on Sizzling Minerals monthly autoship, N/A for Affiliates) 16

17 Personal Sizzling Minerals Customer Gathering Incentive Bonus The more personal Boxes you have the higher the monthly residual income paid to you 1 to per month 10 to per month 25 to per month per month The increase applies to ALL personal sizzling minerals customers on monthly autoship based on the levels above. So if you had 54 personal boxes being sold you would be paid 5.00 x 54 = per month ( Affiliate earns 50% of above ) 17

18 Customer Gathering Trainer Bonus Recruit a team member and help them gather 2 customers within their 1 st 60 days then you get Help them gather just 4 more customers within 60 days and they get a total of , everyone wins By getting to Qualified Distributor yourself then helping others do the same you will create a big team and a massive residual income (Customers must be on monthly Sizzling Minerals autoship, N/A for Affiliates) 18

19 Infinity Bonus The infinity bonus is an amazingly powerful income booster. As the name suggests it can pay down an infinite number of levels. In fact you could have a global business with thousands of levels and you could get paid on all of them. Grasp this and you begin to understand the awesome earnings potential before you. This bonus is paid to the rank of MANAGER and above as follows Manager 1% Senior Manager 2% Executive 3% Senior Executive 6% Global Marketing Director 10% Try to imagine being paid down infinite numbers of levels on global customer sales at 1% or above. The potential to become wealthy is now within your grasp All the above percentages are calculated on the amounts allocated for commission purposes to each product

20 The Car Plan We think our Car Plan is the easiest to achieve in the industry. Usually you have to jump through so many hoops it s near on impossible to actually get a car. Well, that s all changed with Simply Naturals. All you need to do is maintain the rank of Senior Manager or above and the car is yours You may spread your allowance across multiple cars so the whole family could be driving their dream cars. Car Plan Allowances are as follows Senior Manager Executive Senior Executive Global Marketing Director Up to 300 per Month Up to 500 per Month Up to 1,000 per Month Up to 4,000 per Month

21 The Global Share Pool The Directors of Simply Naturals are keen to share the business and it s profits with the distributors, people like you. Each year the board allots a percentage of the global company profits and gives that away to the two highest senior ranks in the distribution network. The share pool is divided up into points and given to the distributors as follows Senior Executive 1 point Global Marketing Director 3 points Example: If share pool was: 400,000 Senior Executive 100,000 Global Marketing Director 300,000 The actual payments will depend on the amount in the pool and the number of people at Senior Executive and Global Marketing Director Ranks

22 The House Plan The house plan is for our top performers who reach the rank of Global Marketing Director House Qualified. Maintain this rank and you will receive a monthly house plan bonus of up to 5,000 You can choose to have just one house or maybe you want to buy a portfolio of houses and become a landlord as well. You decide!! Up to 5,000 per month
