The prevailing corporate practice is to distribute risk responsibilities to functional managers (i.e. CSO, COO, CPO) with no or insufficient tools to assess the overall risk impact of specific supply chain policies and decisions. This workshop will use proven knowledge sharing techniques including a benchmarking survey. It provides access to peer best practices and allows participants to reflect on their current ways of working.
