This is not to be followed as a step-by-step guide that ensures you of guaranteed success.

1 Carding & Paypal Informational Guide I have put together this informational guide to better assist anybody out there who is new to the scene, or anybody who is having issues/no success, and even people more advanced might learn a thing or two. This is not to be followed as a step-by-step guide that ensures you of guaranteed success. This will give helpful information that is very important and needed to know to be able to have any sort of success, from the general-basic common knowledge, to the more advanced time-knowledge

2 CARDING Basic/General Important Info - High quality cards with high balances on them, can and will be denied when attempting to use it, if you do not have a good prepared setup - A good prepared setup should include clean, matching location (as close as possible) SOCKS or RDP - A good SOCKS software/program to use is Proxifier when using purchased indilevidual SOCKS, a good subscription based program/software to use that has many updated SOCKS is SocksEscort - Use a browser that has been cleaned of cache, cookies, etc. or use Anti-Detect software which generates a browser/user agent(browser type, OS, resolution, fonts, etc.) that will make unique "fingerprints" when going to sites -- Regardless of what you have read or seen about carding, it is simply not a get rich quick type of thing. It takes patience, practice, money and as well as good judgment and timing to be successful in any type of carding DEBIT OR CREDIT? When determining if you need a debit or credit cc to get the job done, you will need to first evaluate your target and what your trying to accomplish. If you are planning on using a service that you can send money and receive money from person to person, more than likely you will only be able to use a debit. If you are trying to obtain some sort of digital goods or software, credit is the better choice, but debit could get the job done too. TIME/LOCATION - When attempting to use a DEBIT, Fridays 8AM and later is prime time (Pay-day) - When attempting to use any card, please consider the CH location and time zone before using (trying to use a card to buy anything at 4 in the morning might trigger some type of security on the card, resulting with a dead card and no success) - Make sure your time/time zone on your computer/device is set to match the CH/SOCKS time/time zone

3 DETERMING A AMOUNT TO CHARGE/BALANCE ON THE CARD - All cards should only be attempted on a single transaction for 5-10% of the balance. (Especially high balanced cards) - Attempting to charge any amount over $500 to a single card on one transaction will more than most likely fail. Banks and card holders have ever increasing security to fight against carding, so you have to charge reasonable amounts, at reasonable times. DEBIT CARDS - Do a simple quick google search of the CH address, see what the value of the house is, determine if it is rented or owned. If rented, CH balance MAY be significantly lower or limited to more specific dates of when there will be a balance(assume a balance of $500-$3500), where one that CH address is owned MAY have significantly higher and extended dates of the balance being higher(assume $3500-$10000). - Even using a free people search engine can give a pretty good idea on the CH and how their finances are and how much $ they may or may not have CREDIT CARDS - The tips above under the debit are also pretty good ways of determing the available credit on a CREDIT - The level of the card will give a basic indication of what the credit limit is on the card, but doesn't always mean there is any available credit - Testing a small charge ($1 or so) on CREDIT card is a good way to determine if there is any available credit or not. If it goes through more than most likely there will be a decent amount available credit, if it does not go through, the card is probably maxed out and can t be charged. WHERE AND WHO TO CARD? (and not) I will say this first, as I feel like it is important that any new person reading this, understand this and be informed of this, so that they do not waste time and money on attempting to card places that just aren t going to get you anywhere or anything. Do not attempt to card sites like Walmart.com, bestbuy.com, target.com, amazon.com, ebay.com. paypal.com etc. (especially for E-gift cards!!) This is what happens when you try to card these types of stores. You place the order, and it submits successfully, and the card you attempted to charge now has a pending authorization charge on that card,which will more than most likely kill the card right then. Then your order will more than most likely be cancelled because you just created a new account and (especially if you try a egift card) first thing you tried to buy was a egift card.

4 Carding With Money Sending App/Services Sending money via carding with services/apps like venmo, snapchat, chime, etc. require certain resources (bank drop, CC+fullz, clean transfers, age) but are allow easy carding. These apps/services usually always only work with DEBIT cards and will require the FULLZ, as to be able to send money(or send up to certain limits) you are usually required to verify your identity (DOB SSN ). These services often allow for initial easy carding, but can result with funds being held/reviewed/cb if you do not have a good receiver and sender account that you are sending and receiving the money to. Usually creating and verifying 2 accounts with a CC+FULLZ, linking your bank drop, then getting some clean money sent back and forth to both accounts for about a week, will be enough to allow both accounts to be able to send and receive the money and cashout a decent amount. Physical Ship Carding If you got good physical drop locations and want to card physical merchandise, you should seek out stores/shops online that aren t big known companies. There are all kinds of little electronics and clothes stores out there that are good for this type of carding. Do be prepared for the possibility of being requested for some type of verification. Can range from a simple phone verification where they ask you a simple question or two, or it could be as extensive as proving a physical picture of the card and ID of the card holder

5 In-Store Carding Most of the time when you hear in-store carding, you probably think of getting some dumps and putting the tracks on a card, going to the store, and using the card. However there is a new type of instore carding on the rise, that is a bit easier than dealing with the dumps game. Mobile pay, apple pay, android pay, Samsung pay, Walmart pay, kohls pay, and I m sure we will continue to see more and more emerge. So what you do is either(going to use Walmart Pay as example here) 1. Get a normal cc with basic info (no fullz), you go to the app, create a account with the card holders details, then you go to the Walmart pay option in the app, add a card, put in all the cards information, then it will add it and you will be able to use that card when checking out at Walmart. The second way you can do the Walmart Pay is obtain a hacked Walmart account, log in and go to the Walmart pay, sometimes the card/cards that are on the account will be ready for Walmart pay and you can just simply use that card when checking out at Walmart (Keep it mind, if you do this option, the card/account holder will be able to see the receipt to the transaction, pin pointing your location, so be careful!)but that s basically it It s really pretty simple to do as well, the only issues that you could see is dysfunctions of the app preventing it from working and if that is the case, I suggest not trying to figure out and wait until there is a update available for the app. Carding E-Gift Card Okay so this method is a little restricted and I am still personally in trial and error with so I can t tell you exactly what the whole deal with it is but I can tell you what is possible. The restriction is this, Samsung Pay. Obviously you need a Samsung device to be able to do this but if you have one its pretty cool. On the Samsung Pay, you can buy Egift cards with the cards on your Samsung Pay. What I found is adding PNC debit cards maybe half the time doesn t ask you for the verification, and just adds ad confirms the card to your account. Then your able to buy up to 3 e gift cards a day, 300 a card I believe. Then you also can use Samsung Pay as payment option with Raise and can buy more egift cards through them. The first couple times I did it I cleared $900 of amazon gift cards and $500 of best buy gift cards, and the gift cards are given immediately, so if you got a Samsung, its worth checking out.

6 I have moved away from using anti-detect when doing anything with hacked paypal accounts. Use the PP app when dealing with the hacked PP account directly (Sending money to another pp) When using a hacked PP account for checkout methods, using the browser Opera, works amazingly, and I strongly recommend downloading Opera and using it (Get the history eraser extension as well, clears everything within the browser with one click) Sending Balance to Another Paypal If you are wanting to access the PP account directly and send the balance to another PP account (direct login through Paypal, I highly recommend logging in through the PP app on a phone (if you know how to run socks on phone do that, if not just download a android emulator on your computer then you can download the PP app onto the emulator and log into the account through through the PP app on the emulator.(make sure to be running good matching socks on computer as well) Once you have logged in to the app and accessed the account, your best option for success is to not act spontaneously on anything because even tho you have accessed the account and it appears that you can do anything, re-think that. To PP, a some-what new login has occurred, whether any security was flagged or not, they see the login as new, and if you immediately go to send money, you will more than most likely fail, and trigger some sort of soft or hard security flag on the account.

7 And now what to do once you successfully logged into the pp app. Study the account, and the transactions, and figure out what kind of transactions are most common, the amounts, time of day, etc. Once you have completed studying the account, I recommend either 1 or 2 of these things. 1. Wait hours before attempting to send the money, and/or wait until your phone gets a notification from the PP app that some sort of transaction has happened. Usually by this time/event taking place (being auto logged out of PP and logging back in also some times will get your device recognized even if you have triggered the unrecognized device security flag, you just must repeat the auto-log out and logging back in quite a few times, over a good amount of time before you get added to the trusted device list Once all the above is completed as instructed you should be able to send money to another paypal account (Remember to send only to a middleman PP account or one you are okay with cashing it out and throwing it away, cause the money you sent will cb!) Now that I have explained a way to send the balance of a hacked paypal account to another PP, there is another way of sending money with the balance on the hacked PP being 0 Sending $ From a Hacked PP With a $0 Balance The same steps should be followed as I directed for sending the balance of a hacked pp to another pp The only difference is the PP account you need has to be of certain specifics, for this to have a better success rate Here are the requirements of the hacked PP account you need Verified Status Confirmed Business Account Bank Account (Confirmed)

8 Card (Confirmed) PP Credit/BML (Even if it is just a dollar, accounts that have PP Credit/BML mean they have been completely verified and approved and are in good standing. Basically a current active business PP account is ideal Once you have your PP with these requirements, just follow the same steps as with sending the hacked pp with balance to another PP, only instead of the balance being the funding method, it will use most likely the confirmed banked account as the payment source (the instant echeck) and the funds will be immediately available to use in the account that received the funds. The amount to attempt to send should not exceed $500, unless there are big transactions on the account or something, go based off the recent transactions and the amounts they were to determine the amount you should try (Same thing applies for this way as it does for the other way, send only to middleman/throwaway, cash It out as soon as you get the $ sent ) This method of sending with no balance, can be a little bit more difficult to succeed with and may take a couple accounts/trys before it will work, but the price of a PP account with such requirements, and 0 balance, are cheap so makes it not so bad. Checkout With Hacked Paypal If you experience any sort of problems with using the hacked pp for payment method you should first log into the paypal account directly on Opera, then try to use the Paypal when checking out. There are several different ways where you can use a hacked paypal account during checking out at many different stores site and it work. If you are wanting to get something physically shipped to you/drop address you best bet would to be only go with stores that are not major retailers, as they tend to have a little bit more security and require the address on the paypal to match the address being shipped to.

9 (I first want to advise any one who plans to try this method to use caution and be careful with this method, as Walmarts head office and assets protection are the biggest snitches, and love to try to put people in jail, for anything.) With that being said. You get a hacked PP account with say $500 balance on it, you then proceed to Walmart.com (and as always be using proper socks/setup ) Create a account with the PP holders info, then on walmart.com, go to electronics (or wherever) and put in your city and mark the option to show items that are Available for Pickup (Today) Then once you find the item, add it to your cart, proceed to check out, when it ask for who to pick it up, add a additional person, if you have a fake ID, use it! If not than just put your first name then your last name initial or something. Then it goes to the next screen for payment option and billing info. I have seen a couple times where it needed for the actual billing address to be entered and match the pp account but ive seen it more times not need I to be entered, you just proceed to click check out with Paypal and then I redirects you to Paypal and ask you to sign in, sign in, it will how your paying (the balance on the PP, HAS to be the balance on the PP, nothing else, if it has the bank account or anything else on it, it will fail. So make sure that it says and uses the Paypal balance (which it should automatically, always) Then you pay then It redirects you back to Walmart and it should give you a confirmation of your order, and you should be set. Now here is the part that you must do as I say to prevent any sort of bad type of situation possibly arising. As soon as the order has been submitted, proceed to the Walmart you are picking it up at, go to the pickup counter (sitetostore), and show them the order on your phone or print off plus your ID. They will either have the order ready and you will sign. get it and be done, or they will go get the item right then will be done. The whole main thing to make sure of is once your order is submitted you are there and get it picked up ASAP, because the longer you wait the more time it gives the owner and Walmart to realize what the deal is, and if the realize what is going on, when you go to pick it up, assets protection will be waiting for you and more than most likely TRY to throw you in jail if you admit to doing anything (if it came down to this just don t admit to shit, say some one asked you to pick up a order for your and that s all you know, and they can t really do anything to you. Like I said though if you order it, get in there and get out, the possibility of that happening isn t even possible. Order and pick it up within 2 hours MAX and you will see no issues. Also the other part, if you want straight cash for what you ordered, just take up your order with the receipt they give you (to another Walmart if possible) and return it and they will give you either straight cash or you can have them put it on any debit card.
