1 Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix Dove Men+Care Golf Getaway Experience ( Contest ) OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two ways to enter this Contest, as described below. One (1) grand prize is available to be won consisting of a trip for four to Toronto for a round of golf, four (4) Dove Men+Care gift baskets, and $500 in spending money for the winner. Prize includes airfare, accommodation and meals for the winner and three friends. Approximate prize value $12,000. Entries will be drawn from the entries submitted. All entrants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is up- to- date and correct on their Shoppers Optimum Card or Pharmaprix Optimum Card account. Entrants must hold a valid Shoppers Optimum Card or Pharmaprix Optimum Card and meet all other eligibility requirements to enter. If you do not have a Shoppers Optimum Card, visit any Shoppers Drug Mart store or visit shoppersdrugmart.ca for details on how to become a cardholder and Shoppers Optimum Program terms and conditions. If you do not have a Pharmaprix Optimum Card, visit any Pharmaprix store or visit for details on how to become a cardholder and Pharmaprix Optimum Program terms and conditions. There is no charge to enroll. The Contest begins on October 4, 2014 and ends on October 31, 2014 (the Contest Period ). To enter the Contest and qualify for a chance to win, you may enter in two (2) ways: (1) AUTOMATIC ENTRY: Every time you purchase any two (2) Dove Men+Care products in the same transaction between October 4, 2014 and ends on October 31, 2014 (the Contest Period ), at any participating Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix store (each store a licensed operator of Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix Inc. Pharmaprix ) and present your valid Shoppers/Pharmaprix Optimum Card, your name will be automatically entered into the Contest for a chance to win. (2) NO PURCHASE ENTRY: To enter and qualify for the Contest without making a purchase, please write a fifty (50) word minimum essay about Why I enjoy using Dove Men+Care products.. Each essay must be an original and written by the entrant submitting the essay, and cannot be mechanically reproduced. Limit of one essay per envelope bearing sufficient postage. Include the essay along with your name, Shoppers/Pharmaprix Optimum Card number, address, postal code, and phone number and mail it to: Shoppers/Pharmaprix Optimum Dove Men+Care Golf Getaway Experience c/o Shoppers Drug Mart, 243 Consumers Road, Toronto, Ontario, M2J 4W8. All entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2014, and be received at the aforesaid address no later than five (5) days after the contest closing date to be eligible for entry into the draw at the end of the Contest Period. All additional/duplicate no purchase entry submissions will not be accepted. THE PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There is one (1) grand prize available to be won, consisting of a golf getaway for 4, including return transportation to Toronto (flights or limo) departing from the major city/airport nearest to the Winner s home; hotel accommodations for two nights (TBD) in downtown TBD (hotel selected by the Contest Sponsors); golf package; return transportation from the hotel to TBD; $500 spending money for the winner, and a gift basket of Dove Men+Care products for each person. Approximate retail value of the prize is $12,000 CAD based on a Vancouver departure example.

2 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the prize: (i) prize must be accepted as awarded and must be taken between May 1st, 2015 and June 30th, 2015 and is not transferable or convertible to cash (no substitutions except at Contest Sponsors option) (i) the costs of everything not specifically stated above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner; (ii) if the winner or his/her travelling companions do not utilize any part(s) of the prize, then any such part(s) not utilized will be forfeited in their entirety and nothing will be substituted in their place; (iii) Contest Sponsors reserve the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Contest Sponsors sole discretion, a cash award; (iv) all arrangements relating to the prize must be made through the Sponsors or their designated agents; (v) by accepting the prize, the winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Releasees, as hereinafter defined, if the prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part (vi) in the event winner lives within 200 km of Toronto, limousine transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare. The prize will only be awarded to the entrant whose full name and valid e- mail address appears on the Official Contest entry form. CHANCES OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible automatic and mail in entries received by the dates specified in these Contest Rules. THE DRAW: The winner will be randomly selectedafter the Contest Period from among all eligible entries received automatically from all Shoppers/Pharmaprix stores and received by no- purchase entry method. No purchase entries will be date stamped and included in the draw if postmarked no later than October 31, 2014, and received at the address stipulated above no later than five (5) days after the closing date. The random draw will occur at the Shoppers Drug Mart central office in Toronto, Ontario on Monday, October 31, 2014, (the Draw Date ) at 2:00 PM EST. All entries become the property of Shoppers/Pharmaprix. No responsibility is assumed by the Releasees (as defined in this section) for any inability for a potential entrant to successfully enter the draw for any reason. A Shoppers/Pharmaprix representative will notify the selected entrant by phone at the number provided with the no purchase entry or as stated in the Shoppers Optimum/Pharmaprix Optimum member s account information within seven (7) days of the Draw Date. In order to be eligible to claim the Grand Prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill testing question to be administered by phone at a mutually convenient time and then sign a standard declaration/release form ( Declaration and Release ) confirming he/she has read and is in compliance with the Contest Rules, and releases the Contest Sponsors, and each of their respective shareholders, employees, parents, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, licensees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, successors, assigns (collectively, the Releasees ) from all liability with respect to the entrant s participation in this Contest and the awarding, use and/or misuse of the prize or for matters that inhibit, reduce or prevent enjoyment of the prize. Winner and his/her travelling companions (who must also be over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence) will be required to sign and return the Declaration and Release within two (2) days of its receipt or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the Draw Date, or does not meet all of the Contest conditions, the selected entrant shall forfeit any rights to the Prize, and another entrant will be

3 randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitted, and is subject to disqualification in the same manner. The selected entrant may be required to show proof of identification as part of the verification process. In case of a dispute concerning the identity of the individual who submitted an automatic entry as described above, the entry entrant will be deemed to be the account holder of the Shoppers/Pharmaprix Optimum account under which the entry was submitted. The account holder shall be the person whose name appears on the account associated with the Shoppers/Pharmaprix Optimum card number. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Contest Sponsors satisfaction, the potential winning entry will be deemed null and void. GENERAL RULES: This Contest is conducted by Shoppers/Pharmaprix and is open to all Shoppers/Pharmaprix Optimum Members who are residents of Canada, age of majority or older in their province or territory of residence at time of entry. Employees of Shoppers Drug Mart Inc./Pharmaprix Inc. and Unilever Canada Inc. (collectively Contest Sponsors ), and employees of the Associate- Owners of Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix stores, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, fulfillment house and members of their respective immediate families (defined as a step, adoptive or biological mother, father, daughter, son, sister, brother or spouse) or those with whom they are domiciled, are not permitted to enter the Contest. All decisions of the Contest Sponsors are final and binding in all aspects. By entering the Contest the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws. Void wherever prohibited by law. Entries obtained through fraudulent means or through an abuse of the Shoppers/Pharmaprix Optimum Program or in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsors be disqualified. All entries are subject to verification by Contest Sponsors and Contest Sponsors reserve the right to cancel and revoke any entries if they are found to be improper or if the entrant is subsequently found to be ineligible pursuant to the Contest Rules. If for any reason, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsors, in their sole discretion and subject to applicable law, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond their control, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right, subject to the approval of the RACJ, to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest including canceling any method of entry, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries. All entries become the property of Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix and shall not be acknowledged or returned. The Releasees are not responsible for entries lost, late, misdirected, containing inaccurate information, illegible, or delayed for any reason. Mailed in, no- purchase entry must bear sufficient postage, which is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Proof of sending an entry or purchasing a participating product is not proof of receipt by Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix.

4 By entering the Contest and/or accepting the prize, entrants consent to the use of their name, city/province or territory of residence, voice and/or photograph in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Contest Sponsors and publication of same on a winner s list without further compensation. PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. By participating in the Contest, entrant: (i) grants Pharmaprix the right to use his/her name, mailing address, telephone number, month and year of birth, and Pharmaprix Optimum account number ( Personal Information ) for the purpose of administering the Contest, including but not limited to contacting and announcing the winner; (ii) grants to the Contest Sponsors the right to use his/her Personal Information for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Contest, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the internet, without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (iii) acknowledges that Pharmaprix may disclose his/her Personal Information to third- party agents and/or service providers for the purpose of administrating this contest as listed in (i) and (ii) above. Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix will use the entrant s Personal Information only for identified purposes, and protect the entrant s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with the Shoppers Drug Mart Privacy Policy at and The Releasees shall not be liable to the confirmed winner of the prize for any guarantee, warranty, condition or representation, express or implied, relating to the prize, including without limitation, its quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Entrants and/or winner assume liability for, and release and hold harmless the Releasees from injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest, by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded, including but not limited to claims/damages for personal injury, property damage or death. Winner and winner s travelling companions will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release form releasing the Releasees. For the name of the winner, send a self- addressed, stamped envelope bearing sufficient postage by October 31, 2014, to Shoppers/Pharmaprix Optimum Dove Men+Care Golf Getaway Experience c/o Shoppers Drug Mart, 243 Consumers Road, Toronto, Ontario, M2J 4W8. The Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Contest Rules, the selection and announcement of winner, distribution of the prize or technical malfunctions of telephone network lines, computer online systems or providers, software and hardware configurations, or failure of any entry to be received by Shoppers/Pharmaprix for any reason. For Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux du Quebec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. Subject to the approval of the Régie with respect to the province of Quebec, the Contest Sponsors may, at their sole discretion and without liability, terminate the Contest in whole or in part, without notice, or modify or suspend the Contest at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or

5 hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or communications or other errors or other causes beyond the control of the Contest Sponsors corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules. In no event will the number of prizes awarded exceed the available number of prizes as specified in these Contest Rules. In the event of any discrepancies between the English language rules and the French language rules, the English rules shall prevail.
