1 Call for Sponsors and Exhibitors: We are seeking Sponsors and Exhibitors that have products and services that would reinforce the conference and be attractive to a talent development audience. Being a Sponsor or Exhibitor at our event is a very visible way to reach a highly engaged set of decision makers focused on learning & development. We look forward to receiving your application! This document provides an overview of the Conference and describes the Sponsor and Exhibitor opportunities. If you are interested, please complete the Sponsor and Exhibitor Contract (separate document) and provide payment in full. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis, with organizations that were Sponsors & Exhibitors in previous NEAC Conferences getting preferential selection through January 12, Conference Overview: The NEAC conference will take place on Friday, March 23rd from 8 am to 5 pm. There will be a networking reception the evening before on Thursday from 6 to 10 pm on March 22, The reception and conference will be held at the Sheraton Needham in Needham, MA. This is our 8 th year in operation, and the feedback has been tremendous from attendees, Sponsors and Exhibitors. Given last year s reception, we very well may sell out this year. The program includes keynote addresses and concurrent session tracks, all supporting the topics and themes important to Learning and Development Professionals. The ATD New England Area Conference grows each year with increasing numbers of attendees. Sponsors and Exhibitors have visibility and access to up to 300 learning and development professionals, representing the 8 ATD New England Area Chapters, from Maine to Connecticut, including learning & development managers, decision makers, corporate trainers, instructional designers, training consultants and others from all over New England to meet, share experiences and explore the latest innovations in talent development. The hotel does not have storage space for crates, pallets or large shipments. Any materials to be sent to the hotel may arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to the event. A handling and storage fee of $25 per box/item or $5 per pound will be assessed. The mandatory handling and storage fee is retained by the hotel and is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge for employees providing the handling services. Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damages to materials to the hotel. Any assessed storage fees will be charged back to the Exhibitors and Sponsors. Exhibitor: $850 (15 20 available) To provide you the greatest exposure, the Exhibitor booths will be located in an area adjacent to or in the balcony area above the Main conference room. The opening & closing speakers, breakfast and lunch and all breaks, coffee service, and snacks will take place in the main conference room. Registration for the event is also in this area and participants will pass the booths enroute to the main conference room and enroute to the breakout rooms. Sponsorship includes signage recognition at the reception. One drink ticket per person, hors d oeuvres and live music are included in the sponsorship price. Friday Morning Coffee Break -- $500 (one available) Conference attendees will gather between morning sessions in conference atrium for much needed coffee breaks. Sponsorship includes signage recognition at the break. Beverages are included in the sponsorship price.

6 Friday Afternoon Coffee Break -- $500 (one available) Conference attendees will gather between afternoon sessions in the conference atrium for much needed coffee breaks. Sponsorship includes signage recognition at the break. Beverages are included in the sponsorship price. Friday Afternoon Ice Cream and Popcorn Social -- $750 (one available) Conference attendees will gather in the upstairs atrium for an Ice Cream and Popcorn Networking Social with a choice of their favorite ice cream bars and freshly popped Popcorn. Sponsorship includes signage recognition at the social. The ice cream and Popcorn is included in the sponsorship price.
