We feel strongly that we can continue to make significant inroads in the marketplace throughout the United States, Canada and the world. We have selected an excellent group of independent distributors who are our partners in business. Your entire company's efforts are critical to our mutual success. Again this year, we will be providing several marketing and sales programs to assist in our selling efforts. Also, many other areas need to be mentioned when talking to your contractors: our residential parts warranty, epay check and direct deposit program, and technical service department are among the many value added benefits we offer. In the following pages we have outlined the programs, procedures, and policies that are in effect for this program year. Many successful programs continue from last year. 2 Your Team Partners at Nortek Global HVAC This manual explains all Nortek Global HVAC programs that might involve you. It offers clear explanations of each program's details and policies. Some questions are unavoidable, however, your first and most accessible source of further information should be your Nortek Global HVAC District Sales Manager (DSM). If your DSM is not available to give you an immediate answer, the people located at the O'Fallon corporate headquarters office will assist you. Voice Mail You must call from a touch-tone phone in order to use this system. Voice Mail - How It Works When the person you call is not able to answer the phone, use the Nortek Global HVAC Voice Mail system to leave a message. Voice Mail Operation Dial or The automated attendant requests the extension of the party you are calling. Use pushbuttons to enter the extension number. When your party doesn't answer, the automated attendant advises that you may leave a message.
