4 Sales Tools Product and Solution Information To support your efforts in the field with your customers the Alcatel-Lucent public web site is designed to provide you with all the necessary tools and information for you to be successful in selling Alcatel-Lucent Solutions. We have a variety of sales collateral available to you. Product and solution information and collateral can be found from in the Product Catalog. You can search by technology such as Access, Applications, Optical, Mobile or search for products from the A-Z alphabetical listing. Each product page includes features, benefits, related information and documents such as; datasheets, brochures, white papers, and more. The public site contains: Product Catalog Product descriptions, value propositions, datasheets, white papers and brochures Content News, events, press releases Get product brochures, marketing tools, presentations, technical information, success stories, training information, campaigns and lots more! Demo Equipment To support your selling efforts, Demo equipment is available to you. Demo equipment can be used as static or live displays, and will give your prospective customers a chance to kick the tires. You are also able to use co-marketing funds to purchase the Demo equipment. Promotions Alcatel-Lucent will frequently run promotions of various types such as volume discount, product trade-in, trade-up and more. Sales Incentive Programs Alcatel-Lucent also offers a Sales Incentive Program known as Vitalize which rewards your sales efforts with points based on the sale of Alcatel-Lucent solutions. These points can be redeemed for high quality merchandize via on-line catalogs. Training Alcatel-Lucent is committed to providing our Partners the training they need. Partner training options allow you to design, engineer and deliver an agreed upon solution set. Training is offered either through e-learning or instructor led classroom based training through the Alcatel-Lucent University. 5 Co-Marketing Resources Co-Branded Marketing Materials For customer meetings, proposals and presentations, tradeshows and seminars, collateral such as brochures, datasheets, and posters are available for our partners to cobrand with their wordmark/logo and call to action. This activity does have to be approved by your Channel Sales Manager. Alcatel-Lucent also offers advertisements, advertorials, and lead generation campaigns with your appropriate Alcatel-Lucent wordmark that can be co-branded with your company logo and call to action. In addition, Alcatel-Lucent offers the My Marketing Agency Program which is a "certified" independent marketing agency selected by Alcatel-Lucent to develop and support marketing campaigns. and solutions, however the activity must be approved by Alcatel-Lucent. Please note exceptions apply with respect to what co-marketing dollars can and can t be used for. Logos/Wordmarks To help you distinguish yourself against the competition Alcatel-Lucent provides a wordmark with your partner designation. This wordmark can be used for co-branding marketing collateral, lead generation s, placed on your company web sites, and used on letterhead and business cards. Co-Marketing Program The Alcatel-Lucent Co-Marketing Program is a valuable benefit available to Alcatel-Lucent partners and it is designed to help you promote Alcatel-Lucent offers and to stimulate sales. Partners accrue co-marketing funds monthly. Depending on Partner status with Alcatel-Lucent, partners earn comarketing credits based on a percentage of sales. Partners can receive credit or reimbursement for expenses incurred in conducting specific marketing and lead generation activities that promote Alcatel-Lucent offers Alcatel-Lucent Welcome to the Alcatel-Lucent Global Partner Program 5
