2 Welcome Welcome to Fantasy Foxes! I am so excited you have decided to begin your Pure Romance journey with our team. This is to welcome you and give you information you need to get off to a great start in your new business! There are some things you need to know right away! First, our corporate office provides New Consultant Training calls available to all Consultants. I encourage you to take part in this available training as it will help you get your business off to a great start. You will receive many tools that you will use throughout your career with Pure Romance. These are time-tested tools that will help you build your Pure Romance business to the level you with it to grow. I would like you to complete all of these training calls by the end of our 7 Step Training Program. The following are some of the Conference Calls I would like you to listen to in the following order first (but feel free to listen to all of them): Call dial-in number: (641) ; Access code: Call #1 Get Parties Now! Call #2 Finding Business Call #3 Hostess Coaching Call #4 Basic Product Information Call #5 Basic Recruiting Second, we have Monthly Team meetings. If you know of anyone who may be interested in the Pure Romance Opportunity, bring them to the meeting so they can get acquainted with other Consultants and get some of their questions answered! The meeting schedule is attached. Please go ahead and mark these sates in your calendar and plan to attend. If you live outside of 100 miles from the team meeting location, you and I can see about locating a team meeting in your area for you to network with other Consultants near you. Third, you have an excellent team of seasoned Pure Romance Consultants available to you to provide support and answers. Your first line of support in your Pure Romance Sponsor, but please know that we as a team are here to support you too! You will meet many team members and team leaders at team meetings and corporate events and you do not want to miss these opportunities to network with other women who can help provide tips and tools for you business. Always remember you are in business for yourself, but NOT by yourself. I have attached a few documents to look over and/or fill out. The first is our team handbook, please review this for all information about or team and important dates. You will also find your Top 50 List, please try and complete this as much as you can before our first training call. This list will be extremely important to get your business started off right! Most importantly, I have included the Party Booking Scripts, look over these and practice as we will do these again during our first training call. And lastly, I have also included how to organize your inventory; this is always useful so your ordering room runs quickly and smoothly. Also, you should be receiving your Kit shortly in the mail and let me tell you. It is going to feel like Christmas! When you get it, give me a call and we can go through your inventor together and discuss any of the products. Inside that Kit, you will also find some DVDs, please feel free to watch them and write down any questions or comments you may have. We will discuss this further in detail during your second training. I am so excited for you and beyond happy you joined our team, you will do great things here!! 3 Step 2: Starting Off Right minutes How to complete the Fast Track program Choose 3 party dates to shadow Select date for party debut 1. Review Fast Track program (starts from day of Kit purchase) 6 opportunities for fabulous rewards a. First 30 days i. Reach $1000 in Retail sales = $100 in free product ii. Sponsor 1 st new Consultant = $300 in free product b. First 60 days i. $2000 in Retail sales = $200 in free product ii. Sponsor 2 nd new Consultant = $300 in free product c. First 90 days i. Reach $3000 in Retail sales = $300 in free product ii. Sponsor 3 rd new Consultant = $300 in free product iii. Complete every step = 45% buying discount for life!! **Not necessary to complete previous in order to qualify for later incentives 2. Plans to fit Fast Track into schedule: Obstacles: 3. Shadowing a. Importance i. Get a feel for different techniques ii. Learn new info on products iii. See things that work and don t work iv. Allow you to feel more comfortable on your 1 st party b. If already had parties, perform post party interviews with your Consultant (do this for first 4-6 parties) Set date for next training Explain documents she will receive: o Party Information Sheet: review and explain it s used to help coach her hostess as well as keep tract of what happened at the party for future reference o Hostess Coaching Scripts: Read and practice these scripts to make it easier for her to coach effectively o Hostess Party Prep Form: Review and explain it will help her connect with her hostess to create a great hostess/consultant relationship
4 Step 3: Bookings & Hostess Coaching minutes Be able to use the following effectively increase her sales, attendance, and recruit leads: o Hostess Coaching Scripts o Hostess Party Prep Form o Party Information Sheet 1. Concerns or questions? 2. How will Hostess Coaching increase your sales and possibly gain recruit leads? 3. Review Hostess Coaching and how to use: a. Party Information Sheet b. Hostess Coaching Scripts c. Hostess Party Prep Form 4. Discuss ways to file and keep the above forms organized and useful in the future Set next training session in about a week Explain documents she will receive: o Creating your story: have story ready to share during the next session o Closing Speech Document: Review script and have questions ready
5 Step 4: Introduction, Connection, & Closing Speech: minutes Be able to recite her opening and closing speeches to you and explain importance of both 1. How are things going with bookings? Questions/concerns? 2. Read story for her opening speech. 3. Review Story a. Importance of making a good 1 st impression i. Story = foreplay ii. Makes connection with customers so they feel comfortable with her and trust her (cornerstones for future business) iii. Story makes her relatable 4. Review key points to include in Opening Speech just after she shares her story. Opening Speech sets tone and expectations for her party. Make sure to include a. Welcome b. Celebrate Hostess and review her benefits (use whole numbers not %) c. How Shopping Room/Ordering Room works d. Booking incentives to encourage guests to book party in the next few weeks e. Your story 5. Explain importance of closing speech. Make sure to include: a. Re-cap of sales and discounts b. Collection of Customer Connection Cards (CCC) c. Explanation of order form to include sales tax and $6 handling fee d. Forms of payment accepted e. Thanking the hostess Set up next session in about a week Explain documents to receive o Effective Discounts: Review and choose one discount to offer at next party. We will review these next time o Effective Party Games: Review and choose a booking and sponsorship game she would like to use at her next party. Review each game next session
